This QR code can't be importet into PKHeX. But you could build a tool using the Memecrypto methods from the PKHeX Core library https://github.com/kwsch/PKHeX

It is easy enough to just create one now, as you eluded to about PKHex Core.  Just need to change the region flag. @SciresM, what is the region flag for Korea anyways?

EDIT: I would guess it is 0x08. And if we make a QR code with 0x0F as the region, it should work for all regions.

If making an all region QR code works, could that be done with Magearna as well?
