Legit Zygarde flagged as illegal

I just got Zygarde from the assembly machine on Route 16. So it's a legit Zygarde (60~ Zygarde cells, I think).
I never changed anything on Zygarde, and only discover this because I always check 'Box Data Report' before exporting my save.

I don't know the exact error, but you can fix it by changing the ability to Aura Break (1).

Really strange, because I got Zygarde this way. Like I said, I never changed anything on it.

It's marking the Ability Slot (2) as invalid

but the Ability Slot (1) is valid

 

All 3 slots are the same "Aura Break"; must be a little bug on PKHeX legality checker @Kaphotics

I noticed that with my legit Pokémon Bank Glalie too for some reason
Earlier versions of PKHeX show that it's legit though, so I'm thinking it was a bug introduced by @Kaphotics...

Have you guys tested the issue as of this commit? It seems to have fixed the issue.

Download the latest commit from TeamCity (log in as guest => artifacts => download zip).
