As reported last month by various sites, a new Pokémon Center is opening in Tokyo called Pokémon Center Skytree Town. According to today's new issue of Famitsu, if you visit from July 6th through September 4th, you'll be able to download a special Level 100 Shiny Rayquaza. This can only be received by Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire games.
