randomspot555 Posted December 22, 2009 Share Posted December 22, 2009 Does someone know how to get the Celebi event to work. I went to the shrine with the Ageto Celebi but it won't work. I'm guessing that, like most of the in-game 4th gen plots triggered by Event Pokemon, your Pokemon basically has to have the Event Pokemon tricker checked. wraith89 Posted December 25, 2009 Share Posted December 25, 2009 The move deleter, just like in GSC, should be in Blackthorn City (the city right after Ice Cave... and where you get the 8th gym badge). The move relearner is in the same house hear, along with the move tutor of UHPM (Ultra High Power Moves, which means Hydro Cannon, Blast Burn, Frenzy Plant... and for some reason Draco Meteor). There was initially no one there of course, and I've gone through the bridge and fought throught everyone as well as route 9 and 10. Finally I got to the Power Plant. I talked to everyone in there and the fat guy next to the power machine gave me a TM 53 I think. And I tried to leave the Power Plant. However, the guard didn't stop or mention anything about the Team Rocket and all. I went back to the city, the gym, and the bridge. No one was there still. I've followed the youtube channel "http://www.youtube.com/user/giancarloparimango11" for walkthrough and read "http://www.gamershell.com/faqs/pokemonheartgoldversionfaqwalkthrough/1.01/" as well for it. I followed step by step. But I just seem not to get the right thing. Is there anything that I did wrong or didn't do yet? Would you guys please help me out on this problem? I know in the old games it was in the water, but the gym has changed.Here are the things I did, People are saying its a glitch or something: - went to the power plant after visiting running man in Lavender town, Phone call happens telling me to goto the Gym. - I confronted the rocket, chased him to the bridge, and beat him - Went to the Cape and found misty - beat Misty, still don't have a part - Went BACK To lavender town, man is still running, then went back to the power plant, and nothing. Guardna Posted January 31, 2010 Share Posted January 31, 2010 I have a problem with Bill's grandfather and the evolutionary stones he's supposed to give. I showed him an oddish and a growlithe to receive the leaf and fire stones, but then he won't give me any other stone no matter what poke i showed him.
