Chamdee Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 ok I tried the wc6 the code.bin method (that changes the 1st wc slot) it gave me a "bad" card... very odd date met and NO picture of keldeo. I got scared... soft reseted.

I'm telling you to test again, and if it goes through, it confirms the server ban is lifted; I'm not saying the problem is with your 3DS -.- Anyhow, you two are using the same wondercard, and wondercards don't cause this kind of problem; trading is related to pk6, not wondercard, technically speaking.
