Trash Bytes Question

I searched but couldn't find anything on this >.<

For a Pokemon from Hoenn/Kanto, supposedly legit, is it possible for it to have Invalid Trash Bytes?

Well, if it has invalid trash bytes it shouldn't be legit

I believe it's fine as long as it's a Pokemon that can be evolved after being sent over via Pal Park. Evolving a Pal Park Pokemon removes the migration trash bytes I believe.

Well, then what if I got a Shiny Mew from Faraway Island in Hoenn, it's type is Unknown GBA Type and everything checks out, but it has invalid Trash Bytes? It's UT.

Trash bytes can be invalid ONLY If the pokemon has EVOLVED after it was pal parked. In addition, any pokemon that can be acquired IN-GAME (including legends, or ticket pokes), should conform to Normal/Uncommon/Rare/Very Rare/Ultra Rare GBA.

The only time it should say "Unknwon GBA Type", is if the gba was hatched, or if it was acquired OUTSIDE of the game (Nintendo Event like JAA or GCEA).
