No dates have been announced so far, but the Regigigas will be available for Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum. This Regigigas, when transferred to Pokémon Platinum, will unlock the three caves with Registeel, Regirock and Regice in the game.</p><p>Distributions will be taking place in the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and, for the first time, Portugal. i can get the dutch regigigas if i can go to the pokemon day (i need to see if my friend is going so i can get a ride over there ) the dutch regigigas and pokemon day event is on the 29th and 30th of august (i really suck at english )

Um. I don't think so, you'd have to be at the location that they're giving the regigigas out.
