ReignOfComputer Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 <@Guested> make a thread in the forum's event section Every year, a student festival is held in Kyoto as a get-together for their communities of students in colleges and universities. This year is the Festival's 8th year, and the festival will be held at "Kyoto Station (に京都駅周辺)", from the 9th to the 10th of October. In celebration of the release of Pokemon Black and White in Japan, students are invited to come and trade their Pokemon with each other during the festival. Each student will have a chance of getting a special Event, an evolution Pokemon, during the event. The Pokemon Event will be conducted on the 10th of October only, from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, at Hall 2 (京都会館第二ホール). There appears to be more than one Pokemon that will be distributed. However, participants may only receive one Pokemon each. The distributed Pokemon are a mystery now, but are most likely the ones labeled "?" in the above image. Can anyone make those Pokemon out? plasmashadow Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 the one that has the spanner thing at the top of it is called Kaburumo and is also a bug type and is a and the other one is a bug pokemon called Chobomaki
plasmashadow Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 (edited) tar here are the pics aswell Edited September 25, 2010 by ZoroarkX adding pics
Guested Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 They will most likely also be distributing the older pokemon shown in the poster. It said it encouraged the participants to trade their pokemon and see what happens, so it'll probably just be an assortment of trade evos and trade-item evos.
Gallade Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 Nice! But I think these events will become very hard to get.. To get them we really need someone who is actually going. To evolve Kaburumo you need to trade it for Chobomaki to let it evolve for those who didn't know. Just did it with a shiny Kaburumo that I met last week:biggrin:.
ReignOfComputer Posted September 26, 2010 Author Posted September 26, 2010 To get them we really need someone who is actually going. *Stares at Nigoli*

ShinySephiroth Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 Thanks, Nigoli. This is the first I've heard of this distribution. This one actually happened, correct?
Nigoli Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 ^ Yup. Some of them are hard to come by since they only lasted a day, and were in very far out locations.
