If you're using DeSmuME like me then just edit your save file with pokegen or something else (recommend pokegen, thread is on this site) and give yourself Victini. Actually, Pokemon and Items from certain Events will not work for Desmume and certain Flash Carts such as the Liberty Ticket and the newest Darkrai Event. I didn't say Victini, I said Liberty Ticket. The Liberty Ticket code doesn't give you a Victini, it gives you a Ticket in order to catch a Victini. I have my team assembled already, but its abilities don't convince me. I would like to ask you for a pokemon ability modifier, if that can be done somehow. I'm playing White on DesmuMe. Even then, it will still be impossible because the Liberty Ticket for the US Release is still unknown.
