You need to hack your 3DS (load CFW). Follow this guide (at your own risk).
Once that is done, you can use save managers to import/export saves on your 3DS (including retail carts). Guide here.

Several pokes don't pass the check on latest PKHEX

Why does pkhex think some of these aren't legal? For example both Charizards in box 1 show as "Ability does not match ability number".

Idk if this is supposed to happen but when i load the save file it makes me restart the game someone pls help

Why dont you just open the save file, extract the pk8 files, and inject them on your save

Thank you for the awesome file! Just a few questions to begin. Curious as to why there seems to be duplicate mons (two Sandslash, two Gengar, two Bouffalant, etc) with only moves being different. Am I missing something as to why there are two?

In box 24 the Vivillon is showing up as illegal with the error "Invalid Vivillon pattern." Any clue how to fix this?

Also I'm new to this and am working through changing these to appear as my own. I've went through and changed the SID, TID, and OT to my own using the batch editor for non-fateful encounter. Then I went through and used .PID=$shiny. Is there anything else I need to do or should do to minimize the chance of something being caught online?

It's because of the 3DS Region, if it's one of America, Europe and Japan then change it to one of the other two.

Can you load this savegame on a Real 3ds and use the powersave to backup the .bin savegame,so you can share the save game for powersaves too

Unless powersaves changed their model, all bins from powersaves can only be used by the cartridge it was exported from. So, what you're asking is not possible.

Is there a way to put them all non shiny ? 

As of 2021-12-23, the Icy Snow Vivillon in Box 24 is illegal, due to the Country/Sub Region not matching the form, (Icy Snow form is not obtainable in Tokyo, Japan).

is there a way i can put this into my own save by pkhex? since i cant load boxes and how do i change the OTs to myself? ( im very new to pkhex so im confused) also im using pokemon ultra moon

Is there any way to get a save file with all the pokemon at the beginning of the story???
