All 806 Legal and Shiny Pokemon August 25th, 2024 (FFF)

About This File

All of the 920+ Pokemon in this save file are legal and will through Bank and HOME. Every pokemon that can legally be obtained as a shiny has its shiny form in the save file, the other pokemon are there in non-shiny form. 90% of the Pokemon in this save file were hatched/captured in USUM meaning that they can be used on battlespot.

The first evolutions of almost all of the Pokemon will be level 1; the middle evolutions are often level 70. A majority of the final stage evolution pokemon are a smogon set.

I hope this save helps some people out there. All of the complete 806 pokemon sets I could find online were either completely riddled with illegal pokemon, or all of the pokemon only knew 1 move; that is not the case with this save file.

Enjoy :) !

you're not correct; it's a false negative. Both were added from the official wonder cards.

1. Tapu Bulu's legality check hasn't been added to PKHeX, as it got released after PKHeX latest update (at this point)
2. Not sure what's the problem with Ash Greninja, but even the ones created straight from PKHeX's Mystery Gift function has the problem :/

Great to know, sorry then :/

No worries, I swapped it out Ash-Greninja just in case (Tapu Bulu will stay until PKHeX is updated to reconfirm the legality, but since it was from the WC, I'm not worried). Thanks for letting us know.

Zeraora is marked as illegal, is that a false positive or an error ?

Amazing file anyways !

Update your PKHeX. Latest version doesn't flag it illegal.

Both Celebi's are showing illegal. They're the only ones I can find that show illegal for me. False positive?

Also at the time of posting this, the shiny Tapu Bulu is showing legal for me on the latest release of PKHex, as well as Ash-Greninja.

Could be.

While PKHeX is operating on this first principle:

For Level 30, it probably could be any nature, because of the second principle, where the exp gets reset to the minimum.

In the mean time, I've set the Celebi's nature to Timid to be safe.

edit for this portion: confirmed false positive, already fixed in current PKHeX code. Will be available when next update of PKHeX rolls out.

So how many event pokemon are missing from this file? I see there's a lot, but it looks like some may be missing?

https://www.serebii.net/events

Is it even possible to obtain any missing event pokemon now?

Also looking at older variants of this save file, it looks like pokemon were removed that had different OT's indicating that they were event pokemon?

I am just postulating, but perhaps you're confusing the purpose of this file with something else you have in mind? :/

Nowhere in the description has the word "event". This isn't an event archive. It's simply a file with each species shiny (if possible & legal). The only reason why you may notice some event mons here, is because only some event mons (typically mythicals or legendaries) were available shiny through an event.

We have an event gallery (on-site & github), and even if you don't use it, PKHeX has a Mystery Gift database.

There are some events missing, specifically Gen 3 events. Those are more or less hard to verify their authenticity without proof of redemption. Additionally, a lot have been shifted to Pal Park, making them hard to acquire as Gen 3 files.

Probably removed because they were illegal event Pokémon or other extenuous circumstances (they may have been made shiny and couldn't exist as shinies, so removed etc).

As I am not the author, not my place to give a definite answer for this question, so the best I could give was generic guesses.

Absolute perfect answer.

The main reason I was interested in this file is because I stopped playing in Emerald/Fire red/Leaf Green era. I just recently got back into Pokemon and with Sword and Shiled coming I didn't want to go through and make a living dex, nor did I have the time with a full time job and a part time job. This file was perfect as it was a living shiny dex.

As for the event pokemon, I'll absolutely check out what you linked, as I wasn't aware of that.

My plan is for the pokemon in this file to go to Sword and Shield.

@Cryptic Soldier Github is easier to download all the relevant files at one shot, but the on-site gallery is probably easier to refer to the various pages to check and determine what file is what event.

Oh I totally understand that, I'm sure many others have the same intentions as well.

If I remember correctly, some of the older event Pokemon in an earlier version of this save file had an OT that was too long for Gen2/3, or was impossible to have (specific English characters on a Japanese event) etc...

And as @theSLAYER said, this save file was never intended to have all of the event Pokemon. There are some event Pokemon in here, but nowhere near all of them. There is a save file that has nearly every gen 3 event Pokemon, but I'm not sure if something similar exists for the other generations. The GitHub or PkHex mystery gift database is probably your best bet on that end.

That makes sense. So aside from the event pokemon in here, this is basically a shiny living dex of every possible shiny pokemon, and pokemon (if it can't be shiny) that's ever been out so far, because that's perfect as that's what I need, and I can look into the event stuff from the GitHub later on.

Yup! That's essentially what I was going for, with the added bonus of trying to make the Pokemon actually viable. Plenty of other living Dex and shiny Dex save files existed at the time, but they were all either filled with illegal Pokemon, or the Pokemon were not even close to usable.

Sorry for being so needy but i have no skills when it comes to this apart from a few edits.. but noticed a few more "missing" apart from some legendaries obviously.

First is Lycanroc Dusk form, Second is Tapu Fini.

What do you think? :)

Thanks either way before hand!

I'll have to double-check, but are you positive tapu fini isn't in there? I checked the video I made months ago and it is there in the video.

I have it sorted after numbers and it's only showing me a regular one through the updated save.

Are you referring to the distribution being over?

In any case, Dusk Lycanroc is breedable, and can breed more Own Tempo Rockruff. That’s the only way to get em Dusk Lycanroc shiny, as well as in other balls, so it’s not a “dead cause”..

OMG you are a truly Pokemon master :'0 your save must be preserved after generations, but is there any way to make all Pokemon non shiny? I mean with PKhex batch editor? Or not

Events that are only shiny is in that file, so I won't recommend doing that.

Besides we already have a file that contains non-shiny living dex.

Would it be ok to just change the OT name, as well with IDs in the batch editor? I figured some pokemon are probably from events with a custom name and ID.

Only if you remove all the event mons. Event mons cannot have OT and TID/SID changed.

for some mons, it probably isn't safe to change PID as well, if they are from Gen 3/4.
