Yes they can be shiny, it will show up as an error (Static Encounter shiny mismatch) but they will still be able to

Trade, battle, Wondertrade, etc.

Just in case these:
If these are the ones that have their Origin Game to be Dream Radar (which BTW we already have on our site),
those can't be shiny.

Pokemon obtained from Pokemon Dream Radar cannot be shiny.

If this 3 are from that game, they cannot be shiny.
(pretty sure the Trio at Lv.5 can only be obtained from Pokemon Dream Radar)

I've set them to shiny and they worked online, that's why I was offering to add new files which are shiny. If I knew they wouldn't work if they were shiny I would have told him.

The Deoxys from OR/AS in the Sky Pillar also gets the same error but it can still work online

That counts as using significantly hacked Pokemon online, and that's against our rules.
I'll advise you to stop doing that

Here's what you can do:
1. (I would rather you not) But if you do upload them, do mention that those files are illegal! (in bold and red)
Do you want to be responsible for getting someone else banned?
OR

2. Don't upload any files that are illegal

I remember during gen 6 people would change their Rotoms forms using pkhex and powersaves so that it could have all the special moves Rotom gets. Yeah Game Freak has really rubbish hack checks.
