Here's a Complete Pokemon Battle Revolution Save Game File with All Pokemon and Competitive Builds!! I want to share it with people, so they can use it personally (without having to go through what I have building all these Pokemon) or for online play! Google Drive link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YM5o2ilNMFIIiqmsE2gc4Do3S5EwgCyb/view?usp=sharing It comes with: all Fully Evolved (and many Little Cup) Pokemon with competitive builds; all battle passes and fashion items unlocked; as well as 20 teams I have made of characters from across the series, such as Red, Cynthia, Jasmine, May and more! The game has 4 Savefiles: PKTOPIA, Red, Blue, Green. You can rename these (see: Editing Savefile). PKTOPIA is a complete file with all colosseums unlocked. Red and Blue have all the Pokemon, but have not been played. Green has no Pokemon, so you can connect a DS easily, or play only with Battle Passes if you find that fun. Small note: I chose not to give any Pokemon Choice items (except ones using Trick) and was sparing with Life Orbs, so that when playing with friends, sets aren't too complicated, and speed tiers are more predictable. Plus they kind of ruin the balance of the game. But if you're really into competitive, build your own sets! NOTE 2: because I am an idiot, sadly the main savefile PKTOPIA will NOT WORK ONLINE. You can use the other savefiles online though. How to install the save file: First, unzip and put the PBR SAVEFILE COMPLETE folder anywhere on your SD card, the Root is the simplest place. Then, insert SD card to Wii. Then, ▶ No Homebrew: Simply go to Wii settings in bottom left of the main Wii menu, Data Management screen, Save Data SD Card tab, click the PBR icon, click 'Move'. Done! • And if you ever need to edit the savefile, click on the game under the Wii section and click 'Copy'. This will put it on your SD card to edit, then repeat the process above to put it back on once edited. ▶ Homebrew: Same thing, just using SaveGameManagerGX. How to edit the Pokemon/ Savefile/ create a custom team: Use PKHex. It's pretty self-explanatory how to edit Pokemon. One tip I have is, Pokemon will sometimes not work correctly if they have no Met Location/ OT info. You can take any existing Pokemon, copy it to a few slots, and now these slots will have that data, now you can edit that Pokemon into whatever you want, or import a Pokemon from Showdown on top of it by using Ctrl+T when the text from Showdown is copied to clipboard. You can edit your savefile name in PKHex by going to SAV --> Save Slot: (select the file you want to edit) --> Block Data, and simply edit the value of Current OT. This will be your online display name if you choose to do online play. And as a bonus for all the Battle Revolution Maniacs, here is my custom USBLoaderGX Pokemon Battle Revoluton homescreen theme: https://drive.google.com/file/d/168KV4QlGfh-T1Jit9aCuZAymLbuKA-8H/view?usp=sharing Enjoy! -

I only just found this out. Apparently this has been going on at Smogon for a while. A quick skim of the article reveals the various mechanisms that seed the PRNG (DS system time, etc.) and how to exploit them to get flawless/shiny Pokemon. http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=52180 SCV's article and code are credited. [Edit by evandixon] Smogon recently changed their forum system. Here's the new link (thanks to LEGOanimal22 for the link): http://smogon.com/forums/threads/rng-research.61090/

Basically the title spells it all. This thread is dedicated to using RAM editing or even using Hex Editors To allow unused Sprites to serve a purpose in the game. Basically this thread can be considered an extended version and derivativeof here: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?t=1416 I decided to focus not just on Arceus, but on other unused sprites, if any known. From what I know the currently unused pokemon sprites are as of the following: Shellos: http://veekun.com/dex/pokemon/shellos/flavor Gastrodon: http://veekun.com/dex/pokemon/gastrodon/flavor ??? Arceus: http://veekun.com/dex/pokemon/arceus/flavor BETA Shaymin and Giratina: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Platinum_beta What we do know is for Arceus to Stay in Curse (???) type, It's ability must not be MULTITYPE or it will transform back to normal type if not equipped with the correct item. Using the offset of 0x00000040 for HEX editor, The value for Curse Arceus is found to be at least, 4C - 4F. (4D is my preference though). I'm currently trying to get the Shellos and Gastrodon, And on Platinum (using 0x00000040=4D) Gastrodon appears weird, Shellos unsucessful. If anyone manages to come up with any values, Note the value under which offset, and also which game (D/P or Pt) My Current List in mind: Gastrodon Shellos Shaymin (Pt) Beta Origin Giratina (Pt) Curse Arceus Cherim (Sunny 'mode' without activating Sunny Day) Substitute? DP sprites in Pt
