This Magmortar is a Pokemon collected by inputing a special code in the Pokemon Battle Revolution game for Wii. You would then buy this from the shop as a Heated Gift for free. You could not find out that this was a Magmortar until you transferred the gift to your Diamond or Pearl game and received it. This is a .pkm file. I recommend using the fabulous Pkhex to inject this into your save file.

Diamond and Pearl Debug In June 2019, a Japanese copy of a Debugging variant of Pokémon Diamond Version was found and subsequently dumped. In May 2020, the source code for Diamond and Pearl was found, and the game could be compiled, with the debug features intact. Steps to receive in debug game: Debug Menu via R + Start (in-game) > Oono > Delivery Debug This causes the gifts to appear in the save. While these were extracted from the debug versions of Diamond and Pearl, it should theoretically work for Platinum. Do note that Gift 4 and 5 are notorious for crashing the game when received, and appears to be trash data. They are included here purely for archival purposes. Platinum Debug It appears that the same function that gives debug cards in DP debug, is in Platinum debug, but doesn't do anything. This Pokémon is a rare variant that is capable of Gigantamaxing, and can only be obtained via Max Raid Battles in the Wild Area. While not always available for capture as it could not be found in a den in the Wild Area, an event from February 07, 2019 to ? made it more commonly found, by having it appear in dens normally not associated with it. The Amped form can be found by Sword hosts, and the Low Key form can be found by Shield hosts. To be able to encounter this, user's Switch must be connected to the internet, with the Mystery Gift>Get Wild Area News option used during the event period.. Alternatively user must have connected to the internet and redeemed a Mystery Gift during the event period.

This gift was distributed to players who attended the Party of the Decade at Bryant Park, New York, back in 2006, to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Pokémon (based on the original Japanese release). While this gift is similar to the Journey Across America version, with the Original Trainer being 10 ANIV, the Trainer ID is 06808 (signifying the event date 2006 August 8.) instead of the TID of 00010. Additionally, this gift came with the move Fly, unlike the Journey Across America version, perhaps to honor the presence of the original Pikachu Balloon from Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

In Pokémon Legends Arceus, the player is able to give or loan mons to the NPCs, and those mons will show up in the overworld. Even for permanent gifts, the data of the given mons are actually fully intact. This plugin allows you to modify the mons that were given/on loan.
