  19. No. The FireRed (as attached) was the distribution cart. Or one of the carts with a bunch of cloned saves (cloned by Ninty/GameFreak) Thing is, they generated the Mew's with the origin game, even though it was distributed via FireRed. Regardless, it was traded away to other players via a FireRed cart, and the Mew was preset to Ruby as origin game.

Original Description: In the Fall of 1998 Nintendo Power held a contest to “Win Mew for your Pokémon collection!” 151 winners of this contest would be given the chance to mail their cartridge into the Nintendo Power Headquarters and receive it back with a brand-new mew on their game save. Contest winners were notified by mail by 2/28/1999 that they had won the contest, making this the earliest known Mew distribution in the west. More can be read on the original thread. Disclaimer: THIS POKEMON WILL NOT BE LEGAL WITH ANY VIRTUAL CONSOLE RELEASE (AND BY EXTENSION, CANNOT BE SENT TO GEN 7 AND ONWARD). Credits: @Gridelin, @suloku and /u/Th4tGuyUKn0 Original Thread:
  21. You probably used the wrong origin game or something.

The event lasted between Thursday, July 25, 2019, at 1 p.m. until Thursday, August 1, 2019, at 1 p.m. PDT (GMT −7). This page holds a GP1 format (to be inserted into Go Park using PKHeX, or dragged to the left side of PKHeX and converted in .PB7)
  23. Hi, i tried changing it to english and i get a lot of legality issues, i used the batch edit to change all of them to english, then i did a trick, enabled the nickname on all of them and then disabled it so it they get the default nickname, but now the problem is mostly the trainer OT, and then when i try to fix it it says that the encounter dont match the origin game
