He uses Gimp. I agree with Toffeuy on the Munchlax one, cut down the number of them and switch between the first and second animation frame of the sprite. That would make it look less repetitive. I like the berry background, but the font doesn't match the picture.

I vote Dragonite! It's the evolution of Dragonair, and Dragonair is awesome. I hope it isn't a shiny Dragonite, though... O_O

Those are good for a beginner! Try adding some effects! You go to filters, and then pick something. Also, try using layers. COBHC: Hope you like it.

.Dawn: Just go to your sig on the previous page and right click it. If you're using Internet Explorer, go to properties, and copy the image location, and replace CharmanderRulz's sig code with the image location. If you're using Firefox, read the tutorial in the first post.

It does involve internet. Go here for pokémon images, here for textures, and here for renders. Paste them together on different layers, add some effects, and there's a beginner sig. Check out some tutorials, also. It's a confusing program at first, but it gets a lot easier after working with it. Edit: CharmanderRulz: Dawn: Both took me 25 minutes each. Enjoy.

Lol, I use Gimp 2.4.6, I don't know why. Never really liked the newer ones. -
You're welcome. I don't think anyone but Greencat saw this, but it's my first EVER sig. Shows how much better I've become. It wasn't that bad for my first sig, I've seen worse.
