    Howl + Extremespeed + Flare Blitz + Stone Edge would make a nice set. It won't hit Smogon's OU tier though... and people should just forget about tiers and just care that it is actually usable to some extent. Although I admit that a legendary Pokemon being NU is RIDICULOUS (I'm also staring at poor Articuno here...) Now I am waiting for Gamefreak to get it through their heads and allow TM26 on Entei (like that will ever happen, but who knows?). It seems those Smogonites think Raikou will hit OU (at least that shiny one) due to Aura Sphere. I still don't understand how Raikou of all things got a very exclusive move, but I will never know... hopefully this is a precursor to letting us know that Generation V will allow these Pokemon to learn these moves naturally (I'm hoping to see a major improvement in Entei). Perhaps Morning Sun or something to let it abuse its durability to some extent (I'm just disappointed at Crush Claw which CAN be practical but it's not what I expected). I mean... ugh, if I want to run those sets, I HAVE to play a SHINY ENTEI of all things... the normal one looks a LOT better to me > Oh yeah, and don't forget. These Pokemon are NATURE LOCKED since they are shiny... so don't get your hopes up. Remember that Eruption Heatran turned out to be... QUIET nature? Also their IVs will not be perfect or anything, so I don't know if Shoddy can implement that as "legal" or not.

    Tbird, this is Wifi not Shoddy, so do not suggest Hidden Powers or Rotom forms or legendaries since they're very difficult to obtain (or any form of IV modification as that is not possible). But a good natured Heatran can really help, as it is a Steel type and it is very powerful. It is primarily a special sweeper so you would run Fire Blast and Earth Power for it. The thing about Magnezone is that it is primarily a Steel killer (for steels NOT named Heatran) and really does not support anyone on your team. Tbird's suggestion for Gyarados is great, as it can lure in electric Pokemon and help your Electivire gain some speed if they choose to try to fry Gyarados with an electric move.

    The move distribution for the legendary beasts seems unfair to me. Raikou seems to get the most benefits, competitively. It even gets the very rare Aura Sphere. I guess people won't need to cheat for Hidden Power (or mass Soft Reset) and can just stick Raikou in a rain team to make Weather Ball into a water move to destroy Grounds. Suicune really didn't need any but Air Slash and Aqua Ring are more than welcome. Sheer Cold is fun of course but rarely hits for me and Articuno uses that better. Entei could use Morning Sun or Earthquake or something... but Crush Claw? Oh well, it can't be helped. At least Flare Blitz is there. Seeing how they're shiny that must mean they are nature locked too. I'll wait for Gen V to see if they get competitively viable and whatnot (I do not use legends anyways)... Nasty Plot Celebi sounds fun, but like Nasty Plot Mismagius, I think it's pretty overhyped and Calm Mind will do it better in the long run. Wait, what am I saying? Forget competitive battles. They're shiny (except for Celebi) and that's all that matters! Except... I think their regular forms look much better aside from Suicune =/ Their final move is Extremespeed... ooh! Entei with Extremespeed is going to be great! I still do not know what their natures are though. Only time will tell.

    Same as Gen IV's HGSS... and that special Dratini was only in Crystal, not in Gold or Silver unfortunately.

Gen I was a trainwreck... except for the nostalgia factor. THAT is the awesome part (Route 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 music was also epic). Anyhow welcome to Project Pokemon. The other wrecked typing in Gen I was Ghosts... and Poison types... oh boy... but at least Dragons are one of the most powerful typing this game has to offer now.

    You really don't need to trade. You can still beat him with in-game Pokemon. Tyranitar will be helpful though, for not only can it beat Pikachu, Snorlax and Charizard and possibly Lapras, but the Hail changes to a Sandstorm.
