My favourite Fighter... I think it's Gallade as well. Or perhaps the Musketeers. By now you'd probably know why. And Heracross.

I don't understand why Sawk is that way either. He just sawks I guess.

For sprite purposes, try [noparse] INSERT POKEDEX NUMBER HERE.png [/noparse] for Pokemon 001-251, for 252-493 go [noparse][/noparse]. You can also do the sprite tag for 1-251, but I like HGSS sprites better for the most part. It's up to you.

Magic Bounce. Yeah. But to me, Togekiss with max SpA isn't necessary to me, but you can get a lot of mileage from high powered Togekiss. You'd be a brave soul for leaving Togekiss vs Rhyperior; I'd sure as heck run away because 54% chance of flinch is generally unreliable.

Storm Throw is full of hax. 100% accurate critical hit move; that's always fun. Though Storm Throw is generally weak, I suppose it isn't all that bad. I haven't used any of the new fighters much except Mienshao on a regular basis, but I don't think Throh would be bad.

Yeah, Honchkrow would get the most mileage since it is doing the attacking and downright KOing. Mandibuzz is slower at the job but is more fun to play around with I think. Parashuffling is terrible with Mandibuzz; she works much better with Toxic support, not paralysis. So whatever your team has...

I never maxed Togekiss's SpA just because I wanted more on her defences, but the problem with that was sometimes she didn't hit hard enough and I had to rely on 54% chance of flinchhaxing for that to even work. Despite Mandibuzz's typing, watch out for random Xatu/Espeon.

Yeah I was thinking about Hariyama, who also has Circle Throw and Force Palm, which would be great support for Honchkrow. Scarfing Honchkrow sometimes works, but not as well as you would think. I just think things need to be slowed for Honchkrow to work.

I always bulk up anything that has enough base attack unless they are hopelessly fragile. Bulking up Throh and Togekiss is probably exactly what I'd do. They are still relatively powerful without the investment anyways. Sometimes you will find them not hitting hard enough, however, but do remember their roles. For example, I completely bulked Tyranitar so it would survive things like LO Focus Blast from Timid Gengar. While it had 0 Attack EVs, it would still OHKO its intended targets such as Gengar, Starmie, and Volcarona. However, it lost out a LOT of power against things like Gliscor or Hippowdon, but that's not what it was meant to do...

Seems you like Mandibuzz more, but if you have Thunder Wave on Togekiss or Force Palm on Throh (can it do that?) Honchkrow could benefit a lot from it and clean up the mess later.

Mandibuzz and Honchkrow are simply dependent on your team's needs. Mandibuzz as you know can be an annoying thing to face, especially with access to Whirlwind/Roost and whatnot. Honchkrow works best if you have paralysis support all around or something, because he's just too frail and his speed drop does not justify his high attacking power. He does hurt like a monster though, doing 85% + to even defensive Gliscors with STAB Brave Bird!

Well, that depends if you take interest in it or not. I'm not able to help if no one takes any particular interest, and not to mention I am not TOO knowledgeable in Eastern religions, unfortunately. I do know a lot about it, but not enough to say it is concrete (such as Buddhism originated from India).

Been very busy this whole week... will be busy for the course of a few more weeks or so.

I suppose it is based on people's general preference that is not really explainable by words. I don't know why... I just started liking nobility and aesthetics. I also like Waters or Ice in general. Actually, I like most if not all Pokemon... except ones I have not got used to such as Gen V's overpowered yet ugly ones (here we go again).

I think you may like animals a lot or something. I certainly do... perhaps that is why I stuck with Pokemon for quite a bit.

Maybe you knew because I pretty much tell anyone I do.

Heh, so what sort of history do you like? Ancient? Western? Eastern? Global? Local (in your case American)? Anything in general... or what?

If you want to know mine, I like mostly European history. But... I'm trying to tie in the East also, particularly the Orients (Korea, for example, my nation) and how it ties with the West as well. I also did my fair share of American history as well, but what I'm mostly interested in is destroying some libelous slanders against certain historical figures who unjustly received them... and finding out the truth in general.

Yeah personal favourites can be very dependent on aesthetics. I like cool looking Pokemon, but I'm more inclined towards noble or beautiful looking ones nowadays, regardless of competitive potential and whatnot. Some of the cooler looking ones aren't all that great, while we have some trolls like Ferrotroll or Cancerdurr plaguing the metagame. Ah well...

I also have a taste for weird things that are otherwise unremarkable, like Sudowoodo or Onix and such...

Alomomola is awesome. One of my favourites in fact because it is based on a nurse or something... but it's a shame it didn't evolve from Luvdisc. Kabutops... if it weren't so overpowered in the rain heh heh. Despite the OP ugly pogeyz from Gen V, you do realise it is Gen IV pokes who are really... possibly the most competitively apt right?

Also for your Dragon Tailing needs, I think Dragonite is much better at that job because it can break through most Subs due to getting STAB and that beautiful 134 Attack power, more bulk and more power due to Multiscale (and flinch won't occur if you run Inner Focus instead), Roost for reliable recovery, auxiliary attack in the form of Flamethrower for Steels, and access to Hone Claws which makes Dragon Tail hit 100% of the time AND more powerful (I wish Dragonite learned Coil as a Dratini/Dragonair stage). I think Hydreigon serves better as a scout or stallbreaker in general.

In general, most Gen V pokes were placed in the worst environments possible. Some did fit, others were "just there" and were of no storyline relevance, which saddens me.

Hydreigon is a STALLbreaker, a completely different thing from wallbreaker. You put things in a "checkmate" position (as Tbird puts it) and can do other nasty stuff, especially with TAUNT or U-TURN. Draco Meteor + Fire Blast is the icing on top. You use Draco Meteor and hope for Blissey to switch in, use Taunt, and Crunch the pink blob to death. That way you have Blissey out of your way. If you'd like put Crunch + Earth Power. I know Dark Pulse is much better for running off his special attack, but more Psychics are fragile in the physical department, and you can actually damage Blissey, and 105 attack power is not bad.

Usually most waters survive one Electric or Grass move, even with STAB... unless it is significantly boosted. Alomomola is an alternative to Vaporeon, methinks, since both play similarly but have different quirks. Vaporeon also has more power than Alomomola while Alomomola is more physically defensive and stall oriented.

Ferrothorn is well... I don't know. It's #1 most used in OU atm... and we can all see why. I felt rather dirty using it because at first I was kidding when I used it, but this guy's just too effective. Forget Scizor; this guy is why Fire moves are rampant! Perfectly designed for competitive usage, quite forgettable in game, so we didn't even get a proper introduction to it. RBY/GSC I suppose was much easier to introduce certain species because there were not enough to go by, but even with this fresh start of 156 Pokes, I would have thought it would be easier to introduce the new specimen in a better way. I suppose not.

Alomomola is disgustingly bulky; that thing is very trollish. If you don't put Toxic on that thing, that thing stalls you out horridly, and even special attacks won't OHKO her unless significantly boosted because that ginormous HP offsets it all.

I'm STILL confused about Ferroseed's involvement in game; you don't see Ferrothorn used by any in-game trainers, Ferroseed is in a random cave area and not in a jungle or something, and it was perfectly designed as a competitive Pokemon. Why is that thing even existent?

Thankfully, they denied it Rapid Spin or else it would completely usurp Forretress. I don't know why I say this... I normally like Grass types A LOT but something about Ferrothorn just bugs me.

Ferrothorn is a tank really; like a buffer that slows things down. Yeah it has Leech Seed, but it isn't generally reliable methinks. I can't really say it is a dedicated wall; it does too many things and that guy is just totally AIDS on a platter.

Due to Mandibuzz's typing, I'd say she's more apt as a special wall than a physical one (the resists are what matters I suppose). Alomomola is a wall, yes, but more of a supporter due to Wish than just sticking around and stalling others about. I guess that's what I'd think. Idk if support is even an option... Vaporeon/Milotic/Suicune for example are bulky waters but "bulky water" isn't really a role. I'll have to get more rigid on this.

Beedrill... it has Swords Dance. Physical attacker I'd say; Glass Cannons are things with insane speed and attack but fragile defence, like Alakazam.

Well I'd like to know your personal capabilities too. I like to see a person's qualities and what makes them an individual, in spite of hardships. This cold corporate world wants hard numbers and figures; I care for none of that. I'll never get to know a person without knowing them truly without the facade of statistics or numerical evaluations.. the means should be as noble as the ends. All right, you MIGHT not understand what I said, but... that's me in a nutshell.

But... what do you know about Pogeymanz then? I'm more curious about what I stated above though. If you want, I can give you a lecture about God, Satan, and whatever... but I'm usually busy these days.

Donphan is a tank, a physical tank; it can take hits and dish them back. He doesn't have reliable recovery, but a tank doesn't necessarily need one.

Blissey is a SPECIAL wall; yes her defence is poor, but not her HP or Special Defence. She is reliable as a special wall. Snorlax can be considered the same, although I kinda think he can also be considered a tank. Skarmory is a physical wall. Let's think this way; a wall doesn't move; it is impenetrable. Meh this is kind of difficult...

Dragonite is too versatile to be confined in a single role, but I'd say wallbreaker, physical sweeper, cleric (specialised versions), and some can even be a special tank... I suppose?
