2004 Present Eggs: Leech Seed Oddish .

In the year 2004, various Pokémon were distributed as eggs with special moves, where in that particular generation or games, they normally have no access to those moves.
Players could receive the wonder card at the Pokémon Center stores found in Fukuoka, Nagoya, Osaka and Tokyo, as well as at a Battle Tour that was ongoing on that time.

The distribution dates were between March 21 to April 4, 2004.
