This gift was given out to participants of the 2020 April Internet Competition. Version 1 was able to be redeemed while the Online Competition was ongoing (but one battle criteria fulfilled), so they replaced it with Version 2, presumably because the early redemption was unintended. Version 2 redemption date starts from May 1st, 2020. The players that already redeemed Version 1 would not be able to redeem Version 2. Players who managed to do battle while Version 1 was up, but did not manage to collect Version 1 on time, can redeem Version 2. Data wise, the unlocked shirt is exactly the same. The only differences would be on the wonder card itself, and presumably how the server handles the data. Diamond and Pearl Debug In June 2019, a Japanese copy of a Debugging variant of Pokémon Diamond Version was found and subsequently dumped. In May 2020, the source code for Diamond and Pearl was found, and the game could be compiled, with the debug features intact. Steps to receive in debug game: Debug Menu via R + Start (in-game) > Oono > Delivery Debug This causes the gifts to appear in the save. While these were extracted from the debug versions of Diamond and Pearl, it should theoretically work for Platinum. Do note that Gift 4 and 5 are notorious for crashing the game when received, and appears to be trash data. They are included here purely for archival purposes. Platinum Debug It appears that the same function that gives debug cards in DP debug, is in Platinum debug, but doesn't do anything. As usual, these files would be illegal and should not be transferred. Use at your own risk. [We will not distribute the Debug ROM, and it is against our rules to ask for it]

In June 2019, a Japanese copy of a Debugging variant of Pokémon Diamond Version was found and subsequently dumped. In May 2020, the source code for Diamond and Pearl was found, and the game could be compiled, with the debug features intact. This post relates to the 2019 leak. Debug start Debug menu on Title Screen (Select) > Debug Start The player will start the game in Jubilife City, with 3 starters, being Infernape, Piplup and Finneon. Pal Park Entry 1 Debug menu in-game (R + Start) > Tamada > Pokepark Data 1 This first set has Charizard, Squirtle, Wartortle, Caterpie, Sandshrew, and Tentacool. Given these entries have a Set PID of 0, they cannot be shiny. Pal Park Entry 2 Debug menu in-game (R + Start) > Tamada > Pokepark Data 2 This second set has Bulbasaur, Beedrill, Clefairy, Sandshrew, Tauros, and Dragonair. Given these entries have a Set PID of 0, they cannot be shiny. Box of Slowpoke Debug menu in-game (R + Start) > Taya > Current Full This debug option fills the current box to the brim with Slowpoke, all clones. Since the TID and SID is set to 0, they cannot be shiny. Box of Slowbro Debug menu in-game (R + Start) > Taya > Box Full This box is full of Slowbro. There's 540 different Slowbro. Their PIDs are set, so they can't be shiny. Test Burmy Debug menu in-game (R + Start) > Tomoya > Test 3 Burmy added to party. Their PIDs are set, so they can't be shiny. Roaming Darkrai As previously reported, a Roaming Darkrai subroutine was found in the final build of the games. With the debug version of the game, one is capable of encountering it. Debug menu in-game (R + Start) > Saito > Roaming Pokémon > Location Change > Dark In the debug menu, Darkrai uses the beta name Dark. As usual, these files would be illegal and should not be transferred. Use at your own risk. [We will not distribute the Debug ROM, and it is against our rules to ask for it] Thanks to @BlackShark for the dump and @jojo12100 for the heads up, in regards to Slowpoke, Slowbro and Burmy.

This marks the first time Gigantamax Pikachu was found in Max Raids. This Pikachu has the move Volt Tackle, which is normally only available by breeding (while parent holds Light Ball). Volt Tackle also cannot be passed from breeding parent to breeding parent, unlike other egg moves. Note that the Gigantamax factor cannot be obtained by breeding, thus this combination (Gmax + Volt Tackle) is normally not possible. With the Local Distributors out in the wild due to the gigaleak, any Gen 6 and 7 event distribution can be achieved. Standard instructions 1. Use Checkpoint on your 3DS 2. Download the files from this page, and extract them into your Checkpoint's extdata 3. Restore the extdata into the local distributors. 4. Launch the game in distribution from extdata mode (hold down X + Y on game launch) Instructions for troubleshooting and distributing custom events -2. You're gonna need to have the distributor installed before any of this can work, obviously. Install the .CIA file. Make sure you're on latest Luma CFW. Launch the game in distribution from extdata mode (hold down X + Y on game launch) -1. Only for Gen 7 distro: If you booted it before and it won't load, you gotta delete the secure value before attempting this. I recommend using savedatafiler to do that. 0. Download the file that was uploaded to this page 1. Go into the haishin folder 2. Replace the file that is named 1 with a wonder card full. Rename it to 1 3. If you like, you can change the distribution text (seen in info.txt) using a hex editor. I recommend HxD, but whatever really. (Use a hex editor so that the placements of bytes in the file won't change) 4. Change your 3DS date to any date within the range of the template data (start and end date). (tho in this data, the info.txt provided should cover all 3DS dates) 5. Use Checkpoint to import the extdata into the relevant distro. 6. Launch the game in distribution from extdata mode (hold down X + Y on game launch) Note: from what I was told, the checksum on the wonder card full needs to be valid. Unless you know what you're doing, do not even attempt to create one. So in the images in the screenshot, shows an Eternal Floette for Gen 6 (never distributed, totally custom card based on the speculated debug card), and a Shiny Solgaleo for Gen 7 (was not a Local Wireless distribution, but only existed as serial code distribution. real card) In an effort to keep our forums out of legal trouble (and stay afloat), I cannot stress this enough: do not ask for the distro, and do not link to the distro. Doing that is against our site's rules. Only the saves will be provided here. And quick note: no, not aware of any method to distribute any G6 nor G7 event from PC to 3DS. It feels as though the guide is as clear as it can be. I strongly suggest that no threads or posts be created asking for help or issues relating to this. Notes: If you get a "incorrect file size" error, that probably means you're using JKSM. Use checkpoint to restore the extdata.

For a short while for the Wild Area event #14, players were able to encounter a Drilbur with Hydro Pump, exclusive to Shield 1 star raids. While it was possible to obtain this legitimately, Game Freak is treating it as though it didn't happen, and this Drillbur cannot be used online. Back when the event was still ongoing, the Wild Area News was updated, and Drillbur can no longer be encountered with Hydro Pump, effectively fixing the error. Any players that did not update their wild area news, or have already caught one, will have the Drillbur unchanged. It is not known if this Drillbur can go into HOME (at time of writing). For the time being, this Drillbur will be classed as illegal.

This page holds a bunch of wc7full that were either test cards, unused cards, or cards that were in use but were not officially announced, found on the mystery gift servers for Gen 7. Beacon Test Card As far as I can tell, this test card started operations on 23rd March, 2017. Inferring from it's server title, it was probably to double check that the wireless beacon was functioning as intended.

This page holds a bunch of wc6full that were either test cards, unused cards, or cards that were in use but were not officially announced, found on the mystery gift servers for Gen 6. Beacon Test Card As far as I can tell, this test card started operations on 24th December, 2014. Inferring from it's server title, it was probably to double check that the wireless beacon was functioning as intended. Support Cards For the most part, these cards are exactly the same as their publicly available counterparts, with only slight notable differences: Their Wonder Card ID and SID were Set to 0. These cards could have been used as test cards, for maybe screenshots or to ensure the beacon was working, that subsequently went unused. Or maybe they were distributed via Infrared, when the staff at Pokémon Centers were approached by players claiming that there were issues with receiving the distribution. Either way, as we did not get any contributions containing these over the past few years, it is hard to say for sure which is the case, especially when in-game, the wonder card and Pokémon received would have looked exactly the same as the normal distributions. Rare Candy Receipt Confirmation This card gave an ungodly amount of x950 Rare Candies. As the server title suggests, it was merely a test card, to confirm that the wireless beacon was functioning. Curious enough, this card has the wonder card title and wonder card description of the Shiny Ho-Oh card. In any case, we will not be liable if you are banned etc. for using these files. With a Base Stat Total of over 1,000, Eternamax Eternatus is probably not meant to be owned by any trainer. However, by hacking it into a raid (save edit), and setting the form to 1 (instead of the default 0), after it was caught in a raid battle, it does not revert back to regular Eternatus. (Even if the "send into box" and party/summary screen shows a regular Eternatus) This can also be achieved with a ROM edit: instead of having the EncounterScenario as Eternatus_3 in pkNX, if it was changed to a scenario that allows catching, such as Regigigas_Raid_Battle or Motostoke_Gym_Challenged, it could be captured, and would retain it's form. Here's an example of me messing with the EncounterScenario: The Eternamax Eternatus can be brought to the Isle of Armor and have it follow you, and a somewhat small version of it will follow you, when you set it to the lead in your party. However, it will stay on the spot, and is unable to follow you. Thanks to Anubis (Sibuna_Switch) for testing this. (source video) Important to note: loading any save with Eternatus in Eternamax mode will cause it to revert to standard form. Having this in your save will make it illegal. As per any item in the Unreleased/Beta PKM Gallery, use at your own risk.

These Pokémon can be added to the box by the devs for the Japanese debug versions of Pokémon Gold and Silver via the debug menu. This option was added to the debug menu, presumably to enable the devs to run through the game and debug various features. It appears that the OT is randomly generated by pulling from a list of possible names, as well as having fully random TIDs (the TIDs are not tied to the OT). Additionally, the other details, such as species and DVs are random as well. At this point, it is not known whether Unown, Larvitar, Pupitar, Tyranitar, Ho-Oh, Lugia and Celebi can be pulled as the random species. Though it is important to note, with the basis of about a 100 saves, it does not seem possible, as none of them have even appeared in any of them. It is also not known is it is possible to get a shiny, or the DV is restricted to randomize in a way that it only outputs a non-shiny combination. Depending on which debug option was chosen, it either places you in Viridian City Pokémon Center or in your house. It also gives you a Lv 80 final evolution of a Johto starter, and it gives you random Pokémon in the entirety of Box 1. These Mew were added to the box by the devs for Pokémon Yellow, presumably to run through the game and debug various features. As these Mews were the only Mew added, and as such had predetermined DVs, it is to be noted that none of these had DVs that would result in a shiny. It appears that Teruman was either a dev in the localization team, or just a remnant name that the localization team used. It seems like that the OT Teruman is a reference to Teruki Murakawa, a developer credited in various releases of Pokémon. (The same developer that was referenced in Gen 2's unused items name TERU-SAMA) These Mew were extracted from the SAV, that was presumably used for debugging.
