  1. Noctowl is Dark/Flying and it's stat spread is made to mimic 5th Generation's Mandibuzz.
  2. Pretty much most of the TMs are available at the Realgam Tower, though some are only available for clearing areas of Mt. Battle and the Colosseums.
  3. I would really look into fixing it properly, as Save States won't let you proceed past the credits, I'm pretty sure.
  4. There is, for the most part, with a couple of changes and extras from the list in the second post of the linked topic. Just needs to be updated, if anything. -Shadow-Pokemon-ideas&p=217431#post217431'>https://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?48839-Pokemon--Shadow-Pokemon-ideas&p=217431#post217431
  5. Was pretty much just rattling off the Pokemon that make sense in the desert, heh. Claydol would pretty much be stuck running screens, due to the game's Double Battle preference, unless you wanted to run like a Calm Mind set without recovery options. Can't really think of any moves that would really make sense for Claydol.
  6. Can confirm that Dusclops isn't available in the game, from the 100% file I only see Banette, Sableye and Gengar. If there comes a time where the Shadows are shuffled again, I would suggest trying to fit Dusclops in if you can, as it's a really solid support-type Pokemon. Also one other thing I remembered, I would say change Larvitar in the Rock Poke Spot to something else, due to Tyranitar being a thing later. My original idea is Diglett, since Arena Trap can actually be used against the AI now that it switches in certain circumstances, though it's really kinda subpar. My other thought was Onix/Steelix, but they're both really situational, like Blissey was. Maybe even Baltoy, since Claydol is another fairly sturdy Pokemon, though it does have an issue with it's evolution level.
  7. If a game is good enough, I just pour tons and tons of time into it. Helps to have a lot of spare time.
  8. You can count on that for the future, just need a break after two straight runs, hah.
  9. Finished up the second run of the game to what could be considered 100%, and I'm very satisfied with the experience as a whole. Apart from the couple of minor text bug stuffs, the mod was a nice challenge with basically every Pokemon I saw being usable, movesetwise. Big fan of the shiny rate increase, as we saw plenty of Shinies on the stream, 5 catchable ones across both runs, and a lot of salty trainer ones that I couldn't obtain. First run's team was Gardevoir, Jolteon, Blissey, Typhlosion, Breloom and Donphan. Gardevoir was just all around solid for the team, with Jolteon there just for it's speed. Blissey became pretty stupid to kill once it got enough to Defense, the only reason it ever died was due to Shadow Smash criticals. The backbone. Typhlosion was okay, but Lava Plume just felt really weak. Breloom became super good once it got Spore, but it really needed speed support to function well. Donphan was that speed support, but it was really lackluster for me, since it usually just died to Shadow Burst constantly. Second run(100%) team was Lanturn, Jirachi, Jumpluff, Entei, Regice and Crobat. Lanturn only came in really late in the game, but it worked so much better than the Vaporeon I was using up to that point, barring the ground weakness. Jirachi was kind of a mixed bag, it either worked or it didn't. Was really good for catching Shadows when it was still Shadow due to Chill. Jumpluff was really helpful when it actually hit it's status attacks, and Moonblast was nice for chip damage. Also the only decent thing I had to damage the million Swamperts that appeared in the post-game. Entei ended up spawning Adamant, so I took it up, and it really pulled it's weight once it eventually learned a Fire attack to use. Regice was the last minute addition because I was missing a 6th, and it's ability to deal with most of the Dragons was a great boon. Crobat was really powerful once it actually evolved. (I hate you Golbat.) Also had access to Fake Out in this mod, as well as Poison Jab for the Fairies. Game had plenty of amusing moments on the stream(Surfing Regice, Triple Focus Band Sneasel), and I wouldn't be opposed to a third run through of the game once some time passes, with a completely different set of 6. I would definitely recommend giving this mod a shot if you can run it on your computer through Dolphin, as it's so much better than the original Gale of Darkness. Thanks for all your hard work up to this point Stars, and thanks for the work to come.
  10. Encounter a weird, but nice bug at the top of Key Lair. I caught a Pokemon as the AI was going to switch it out, due to stat drops, and it prevented his Pokemon from switching in, turning the battle into a 2vs1 situation. Battle in question is Arcanine/Exploud, caught Exploud as it was trying to switch to Slowbro, switch never happened, Slowbro didn't come in until Arcanine was dealt with. Managed to duplicate the bug on Citadark Isle's first trainer with Gyarados and Crawdaunt.
  11. You just need to toggle the option to Ignore before you attempt to patch, and it'll work fine. On another note, yesterday's stream went pretty well, we cleared all the way up to the halfway point of Key Lair, managing to get lucky and obtaining two Shinies in Grimer and Golbat. Though Golbat was a real pain in the ass to evolve. All I was really finding was minor text errors that existed in other versions. There's one with Eagun in front of the Relic Stone where he talks about the Shadow Pokemon being ready to be purified, it comes up as "Yourshadow". Some weird spacing in the last line Naps/Mark has in the Cipher Desert Lab when he refers to Shadow Pokemon. And Mirror B.'s name isn't spaced when he's talking, only in the battles itself.
  12. Shadow Creep's animation has disappeared now, haven't checked Bully yet.
  13. Shadow Bully's animation doesn't seem to be functioning properly. I don't know if it's just me either, but Agate isn't selling Poke Balls after Mt. Battle like it should be.
  14. I'll keep my eyes out whilst I play the second time.
  15. I'm more talking about the first fight with Lovrina, where the Shadow only has Soul and Sky, and does nothing but spam Sky for the entire fight, it's weird.
  16. I've also noticed one odd thing with Shadow Soul when on an enemy's moveset, they don't use it at all. I'm guessing it's because it has the Dream Eater animation and they're checking for Sleep status to use it?
  17. Sorry about that, fixed the original attachment to show the image.
  18. Thought I'd post the spoils of the stream here to prove that you can be lucky enough to get something nice. Can't wait for the new update so I can do another run of this mod. There's only really one issue I have with this Mod so far, and it's to do with some of the later Shadows, though I suspect the new update is fixing that issue.
