I had to rely on TMs/HMs as Dragonair, using a combination of Waterfall and Flamethrower coming off really low Special Attack, as I did not invest in it. Waterfall didn't do much either, except when it rained, it scored 3HKOs on Watchogs and those pesky Mightyenas, who liked to Swagger + Assurance, or simply Roar me out while I wasted a great load of PP on it. Moving on I started running Surf to actually hurt Iron Defence Torkoals and whatnot... Flamethrower was kept for Durants... except the rain was terrible for it. Yeah, it is difficult.
