I know, it's weak as heck, but with Iron Fist and STAB, it's actually much stronger than it's supposed to be. And coverage? Use a Fighting move, preferably Focus Punch, but for Focus Punch to work, it should be behind a Substitute.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Substitute/Focus Punch/Shadow Punch/Earthquake sounds best for it really... but in other cases, you can just forgo Substitute and go Shadow Punch, Earthquake, Ice/Thunder/Fire Punch, depending on the coverage it needs.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
