<p><p><p><p><p><p>Cool moves, but Raichu is a fast but frail sweeper: try Life Orb. If not, use Expert Belt to hit super effective types for more damage without recoil. If not, feel free to place Substitute in one of your slot (as Volt Tackle recoil can hurt a lot with Life Orb and stuff) and use three attacks, and run a pinch berry like Petaya Berry or something. Choice items like Choice Scarf or Choice Specs works too, though Specs is for purely special sets. You do have the right ideas, I'm proud of you for being able to think. Red Card's problem is if Raichu faints (which it most likely will from one physical attack), it won't work. With Choice items, you can use Volt Switch as well to gain momentum. Oh, and it has Nasty Plot as Pichu.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
