Generally though, Raichu likes going special, as its special movepool is more varied than physical. Iron Tail isn't very good offensively. Volt Tackle is good, but the recoil can hurt, and most Pokemon that are weak to electricity is physically bulky. Try Thunderbolt... or you can run both.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Reversal isn't good for this case: it only works when Raichu is at low HP, and at that point, it will probably get sniped by a priority move. Try either Brick Break for consistent(ly weak) damage, or Focus Blast, though it likes to miss a lot.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
