<p><p><p><p><p><p>It actually wasn't 1% chance but something that is determined by your Trainer ID or something. It was rather complex... didn't even bother looking while your rival easily gets one. Platinum was okay with its large selection of Pokemon, perfect for competitive players, but the game was still quite boring. <p><p><p><p><p><p>Mmm. You should try the earlier games. I find the original Red/Green/Blue to be quite fine, except for the glitches and its overall limitedness. But it didn't feel so limited when I was little, and the 8 bit music is actually quite memorable.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
