Yeah, sorry about that. I have 8 gen 6-7 carts and I thought I had my event mons on bank and had no idea how many days I had. So I updated for peace of mind. Turns out, Bank was empty.

Several problems with that. I haven't played the demo since 2014 so I have no idea what to do. I also lost the contents of my SD card when I was trying to install soundhax and I updated my 3DS about a week ago so I couldn't back up my save anyway.

Triggers PC would be quickest. But most people would probably have to use 2 instances of VBA and that would be the most legit method outside of my favorite, using official hardware. You could also use a flashcard or two if you happen to have those. 

For anybody interested. The Mauville City Pokemon Center Trainer is based on your ID number. If I'm not mistaken, your ID needs to end in 0 or 5. If you mix records, you send your NPC to the other save or the one with the P1 plug overwrites the other? I honestly don't know. I just put the work in to make sure all my saves have the guy with Green hair so I never lose the NPC's and can transfer a decoration every time I mix records. 

What I would do. 
Emerald: Dec trader.
Ruby: Dec trader. 

Trade Regi doll to Dec trader in Ruby. Mix records with Emerald.
Ruby: Trade Regi doll to Dec trader. Emerald: Trade red brick to Dec trader :edit for the Regi Doll.:
Mix records with Emerald again. Repeat.
Repeat the same process with the JP Emerald and any other language Emerald and if desired, with a X language R/S game. Matching the non JP Emerald.

Speaking from Experience. You have to REALLY want these infernal dolls in your game to actually get them.

Oh well. I'm just happy we have another public save with the Regi dolls in it. Since I've long since lost track of the other ones. Now people can (using whatever means they decide) get legit and official Regi dolls in their saves. I eventually caved and tried to use the AR code and couldn't ever get it to work.

My memory failed me. I honestly thought they were just up in the corner. Either way, I doubt it though. I've never heard of there being cut promos and if there were any, we'd never be able to know. 

I know I posted this elsewhere but I thought I'd post it again. I purified trigger_death's E-reader mons on my Japanese save I think it was. It maxed out at 51 Pokemon, even when I purified my own Pokemon afterwards.

I know. I have a video of it as well as I own the actual cards. I have a 100% complete Colosseum collection of E-reader cards. I'm an E-reader enthusiast. 

I had to rename the save so I could remember which save it was on my R4. But it's the same save. I scanned in 2 Regice dolls to do a test. Apparently you can scan in as many regi dolls as you want (up to 40). Originally, I scanned in all 3, sent them to my Emerald and scanned them back in again. I just wanted to confirm that you can keep re-sending the same doll.

I'm pretty sure that there are cut E-reader trainers for the games according to what I saw when I scanned the 2 promo E-card (blank space for other events) but I think we'll never know.

I hope that somebody will be brave to translate us all the unused text to understand what was plannified.

 

When you scan the regular E-reader cards, they eventually fill up the entire screen. I think the 2 promo cards are the only ones and they just used the original template from the regular E-reader cards.

However, the data for the e-reader pokemon is not part of the main game files so there is a remote chance of something being hidden elsewhere. If there was data hidden in a different file chances are it would more like a cut e-reader pokemon rather than the shadow pokemon mentioned in the unused text.

As for the game text, don't know if you've seen it but I thought you might be interested in a dump of all the game text by @Tiddlywinks including the japanese version.

Anyways, I'll dig a little deeper into the game scripts and stuff at a later date but for now I'm concluding that the pokemon do not exist

The E-reader mons require you to scan in 4 trainers and then fight a 5th "boss trainer" and when you've done all 25 battles, you're allowed to fight the E-reader mon. Would it be safe to assume each card would just hold a little bit of the E-reader data? I could probably find and send you one of my saves with the E-reader cards scanned in if you'd have any interest in looking that over for any reason.

I thought the Regi dolls were QR codes in gen 6. Thanks for correcting that for me! I know the Lucario doll is uploaded here in the Japanese section but I never heard of the Weavile doll.

I uploaded a Japanese Ruby save with one of the E-reader berries scanned in and the Regi dolls. I'm sure somebody re-uploaded it after the hack but I'm unsure where. It could be in ROC's PC thread or the downloads section or a random thread. I don't know what save is currently on my JP Ruby. 

If I have a Mystery gift save or you supply me with one, I can write it to my JP Ruby and scan it in for you. Actually, preferable if you give me a save. (Sapphire works too) so you can have the before and after. 

@jojo12100 If you send me a save, I can get you the dolls as well.

Also, since it's possible to get them in gen 3 European languages, it's technically considered available, despite its unreleased for EU/US status.

You enable mystery gift and scan in the code. It deposits them directly to your PC in the game. For use in your house or secret base.

Are you talking about the Regi dolls in gen 3? I already shared a Japanese Ruby save on the site somewhere that had them. It's possible to share them on non-Japanese games using legit means. The only way I know to quickly transfer decorations is to use Triggers PC. 

I don't know of a way to dump and save gen 3 dolls. I have all but the Battle Frontier stuff legit in gen 3. If pkHex supported it, I could easily dump the Regi dolls for you.

All, I thought for some reason that there were 3 original event tournaments and that you could select 1 of the 3. In hindsight, that doesn't make much sense with the un-used one as well.

I heard about that before. Based on what you said here and the guide. Are you only able to download 1 event at a time?

I never thanked you for these. I'm trying to collect every in-game trade Pokemon in every gen at the lowest possible level. I was going to attempt to re-create them using data I found on a YT video. Thanks for saving me the trouble!

What exactly are these? I read the post and I still have no idea what they are. How do you inject them into your game? Does it work like a wonder card where you just insert and receive?

To not be submerged by requests where it can easily be done. There is a lot of unreleased contents. Gotta get them all. But not alone.

I'm very limited in what I could contribute. If you need something with official hardware, I'm your guy. Official hardware is my bread and butter. But programming and messing with hex editors is just way beyond me. I could learn. But there's not a thing on this planet I want badly enough that requires programming for me to ever even try.

Speaking about unused lower evolution Pokemon. I also know that. But as they are trainer Pokemon they are pretty useless (IV-set ...). In fact if we add them one day it should be with the correct format to load them like E-trainer card. Same can be true for Cindy's Pokemon.

THANKS! I checked the .rar a while back and it was a nightmare and I just download the stuff I find interesting as it gets uploaded so I never checked it again. 

For me, I couldn't care less about the IV's. To me, all these Pokemon are just interesting talking pieces or trophies. I find interest in these the same way I find interest in buying a collectors edition of a game and having the statue or figure on display. Even if I'm the only one who gets to see it.

The appeal to me, with Pokemon like Steven's space center mons and the gen 4 ally mons and this Butterfree. Is knowing they were in the games for years and 'knowing' I'd never be able to own them. I get to see their stat screens and see them in battle but I will never get to own them. Until now.

With Pokemon like the NFE mons at the trainer house. I always found data you're not supposed to see fascinating. So getting these Pokemon to see the light of day for the first time since creation is amazing to me.

Whatever that file you linked is, I can't open it. I never posted that before. But something else came to mind. Do you still have my *Private* Pokemon Box save? If it's as old as I think it is, it might still contain my un-modified Ageto Celebi. One of them was generated with out any moves and I later taught it a move so it could be migrated.

Edit: I pulled my SD Media Launcher memory card and found a backup from 2013. I check my 30 boxes of events in one of my gen 6 carts and Black. I can't find a copy of that thing anywhere. 

I have a shiny Celebi in gen 2. I used a Celebi glitch that replaces a Pokemon in your party with a Celebi. I then just did the shiny Ditto glitch in gen 1, traded it over and replaced that with a Celebi. (Took 2 tries. The first one was stuck with the name Ditto. The second I just nicknamed Celebi)
