is there any starter pokemon randomizer for oars/xy

is there any tools or ways to randomize starter pokemon in XY and oars, I've seen it on youtube randomiser nuzlocks but have vent found any tools to do it for my self on oars and/or XY thanks

is there any tool to ranomizer or just edit the choice of starter pokemon in oras and/or XY

When I get the c gear from Bianca and turn it on the game freezes and I am playing this on a flash cart I've tried I on ttds, r4itt and ex4ds movie card and also will this game work on a supercard dstwo because I'm getting one in the mail soon
