  2. 3. Hello everyone! I would like to share my XML file for Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 with everyone! Since I am a VCG competitor, this will reflect which codes that I include in my own XML file. I am not a code maker. All of these codes came from other sources. I simply test them and add notes to my XML file for ease of use for novices. I will never use or add codes to my XML file that may break the save file (ie. corrupt the PokeDex or bypass Gym battles.) Instead, I focus upon getting around the heart ache of things that require multiple games and multiple DS's in order to complete. Here are a list of codes that I am currently seeking in order to complete my XML list (all cheats must have a Black 2 and White 2 variant): Always On: Timer0 is displayed on Trainer Card in place of money (no other RNG values needed.) Always On: Game Sync Battery fully charged (to assist with RNGing) Press Select: Erase Game Sync Data (including ID) Press Select: Erase Pal Pad Data (including ID) Press Select: Make Curtis/Yancy appear in your Xtransceiver call list. Press Select: Set the Pokemon of the Daily Swarm Press Select: Set your Join Avenue to 1 of the Nurses. Press Select: Respawn N's Pokemon in the wild (their IV's are statically near perfect.) Press Select: Respawn #612 Haxorus (Shiny) at Nature Preserve Press Select: Respawn: #147 Dratini / #443 Gible (Shiny) Gift (Black 2) Press Select: Respawn #380 Latios (White 2) Press Select: Respawn #381 Latias Mark a Pokemon: Replace PID with Hex Value (xxxx xxxx) THIS IS NOT A REQUEST THREAD. (A download for my XML file will be made available shortly.)
  4. My codelist (below) contains a Medicine Pouch code that will more than help you there. Problem is this code is old and considered flawed. The code was revised to include my personal selection of each of the 30 Visitors divided into 3 separate groups based upon the items at Black City's Market. However, it was discovered that this original version of the code doesn't change the number of visitors you have at Black City/White Forest. My 3 groups were carried over to the fixed version. Down below you will find a link to my XML file. To correct my original statement, it has been brought to my attention and proven to me that now the only thing that the PID is responsible for in Generation 5 is Pokemon Ability and Gender. Technically Shiny ties into PID but only because Shiny is based upon a math formula involving PID, OT's ID, and OT's SID. Anywho... You wanted to know which code caused your Pokemon to be illegal: EV Marking code. Reasons why: you used an EV Marking Code on more than two stats OR you did not have the common sense to use it on a Pokemon until after Training it <-- #1 cause of illegal Pokemon. Example: You train a Pokemon it gains 10 EV in Speed, you then use the EV Marking code on HP and Attack which results in you have 252 HP EV, 252 Attack EV, and 10 Speed EV for a total of 514 EV points --- makring the Pokemon illegal. First off, as say to everyone: never use EV Marking codes cause they cause the problem just mentioned. Second off, if you want a quick way to raise EV's... use Vitamins and Wings. In my Codelist, there are two codes that I use: one for Revealing the EV's and another that removes the Vitamin's limit of the first 100 EV. Here you go everyone... codes complied from the forum that I am now found on: AllyKat's PokeBW Codelist v0.45
  5. BUMP! I am no longer posting on this forum in regards to codes SINCE no one on here seems to be generating codes. I have found a source of Action Replay coders who have blessed me with many new codes including a few custom. This is my codelist Version 0.3 featuring: TM Tutors (covering almost every Pokemon attack) Black City & White Forest Visitor Editor Switch between Black City & White Forest on either version Obtain All Pass Powers Bag Item Codes Re-Encounter Various 1-time Pokemon Modify Your Pokemon to completed Training and stats and countless others all working for both Black and White versions
  6. Those berries may not be released. With the elimination of the Berry plants in-game, Poffin mixing, and Contest stats (thank goodness Contests are dead)... it is looking like a lot of berries will be phased out OTHERWISE... the game would have allowed Items to be carried over (just with the restriction: no TMs/HMs.) So, don't count on a lot of berries being kept.
  7. Does anyone have an alternate all Music Props code? This one: (Does not work... what's worse. I think I accidentially saved my game because the Music Prop guy in Opelucid City stopped giving me Music Props. I doubled checked by going into the dress room... I think I would be able to tell if there where an extra 70-80 props.)
  8. You are correct in the fact that no one is paying attention to this mutant of the thread. Once you see the same code repeated and quoted multiple times: its hard to consider this a valid interest. You yourself "Lt. Surge" are equally guilty of this. Additionally, you are correct in stating this woman (I do not appreciate being refered to as an "it" thank-you) has better things to than test and spuw up "Change the Background Music" codes. I do not post codes that do not work. I do not post codes that I have not tested personally (because my friends all use my XML file on their Action Replays.) If you think for a second that I will waste my friend's time with pointless codes than shame on you and if you think that I would waste my friend's time with codes that do not work than shame on you. I test my codes on cartiridges so I do not personally care about those who downloaded a rom rather than supporting this francise by buying the actual game. Now to address the real point, no one that uses this thread is an Action Replay Coder. If they were, some nifty codes would appear here. Instead, you people are simply copying and pasting from other sites. Even worst, like half of you are not even testing the codes. I do not take credit for any of the codes in my XML file. The only codes that I had "something" to deal with the creation of is my "Trainer's Bag" section which was made by pushing the Export Codes button in PokeSav (something anyone with 10 minutes on their hand could have done for themselves.) Finally, the only reason why I am monitoring this thread is that in the event that someone happens to point out a forum that I haven't checked. The few codes left that I would like to add to my list are so far in programs people have created which means someone knows how to make the Action Replay codes that I need. Once again... if you are looking for USEFUL codes... here: XML file
  9. Simply modify the hex values of the code from 31 to 30.
  10. Here's a list of codes that I have been monitoring various sites for: A marking code that gives a Pokemon PP Max to all four moves. A Black City trainer modifier (there is a program to do it but it requires a way to upload your save.) A White Forest pokemon modifier (there is a program to do it but it requires a way to upload your save.) A modifer to change the Swarm Pokemon of the day. A modifer to change of the Pokemon on the opponent's side's Level. A code that shows a Pokemon's Nature instead of its name in wild battles. A static TM move modifier (example: a code that changes TM 01 to Crunch as opposed to having to have a chart around) Wild Pokemon Modifier that changes the random percentage result (ie. on Route 4 there is a 40% Sandile, 40% Darumaka, & 20% Scraggy) - allowing control of which Pokemon appears for the area. Also, I have yet to see a single "Acquire all Musical Props" code that actually works.
  11. I already have the code in my XML on the other thread.
  12. Filling up the Union Tower does not provide ANYTHING. And as I said: it cannot be made into a short (each floor requires data on a Trainer and the trade you did with them.) The Union Tower is simply a record of GTS trades. Expecting anything more of the Union Tower is like expecting lead to turn to gold.
  13. This WON'T work unless you also create data for the trade. The length of the code lines would probably require it to be maximum 5 floors at a time. The Unity Tower doesn't add anything to your game play so WHY would you want to FAKE trading with people all over the world? The Shaking/Shadow/Dust spots are not square based it. When it is triggered, the game just picks at random somewhere on the screen. (If it was square-based you would occassionally see more than one spot activate at a time: which you won't.) It works more like an on/off switch which says if there is not a spot active on the Route you are on each square you move there is a small percentage a square in the visible area will become active. Since this mechanic of the game is based upon a percentage with each square you take, why NOT ask for a code like the Perfect Catch code (which alters the result of the random chance.) The ideal code would be: **EVERY SQUARE YOU MOVE RE-SPAWNS A SHAKING SPOT**!
  14. All I really need is the "White Forest/ Black City Pokémon/People Edit", most importantly... I would really love it if you could share the save location of this... I simply am looking for an Action Replay code to modify these.
  15. I am not sure this is working properly. My ExtraLink Forest list is showing up all glitchy. Also, what is the export for in the ExtraLink Forest?
  16. Someone might have mentioned that the PokeMain folder needed to be in the same as the application. Is there any plans to make an Action Replay output for the C-Gear? (My Adapter Plus is still somewhere in the mail.) Side note: which gender is which? It is NOT translated. Recommendation: Get rid of the Load / Save on Open / Close -- it's annoying.
  17. How can you when the thread indicates that they are female and from what EVERYONE who go those event Pokemon says there were no female starters released. A legit Bulbasaur, I so want it!
  18. Link?
  19. Is C-Gear in English? Does it work for the US/EU versions?
  20. (Does anyone have a Save of a legitimate Torchic?)
  21. If this is true... I have lot more than the occassional coincidence on my Japanese White.
  22. If you want "legit", you cannot use any of the Ability, Nature, Shiny, or Gender mod codes. Basically, the PID part of the equation needs to be untouched. You can still fiddle around with IV's and EV's as long as they follow legit rules.
  23. PID doesn't relate to IV's. Is that the only code that you used on a freshly caught Pokemon? Cause it doesn't sound like it. The largest problem which seems to be obvious on this forum is people who use the EV mods and go over the 510 limit or my favorite: those trying to mod Nature. In the 5th Gen, Pokemon data stores the Nature in two places and as part of the PID. Its the easist way for the online to detect illegal Pokemon.
  24. I wanted to put this one out there. Has anyone confirmed: actually confirmed... If any of the Pokemon released in special events on the Dream World were capable of being female (example: Hoenn starters made available by purchasing the stradegy guide.)??? (Please no guesses! Just responses from anyone who acquired these event Pokemon.)
  25. I am just curious if anyone is able to confirm IF any of the Kanto, Hoenn or Sinnoh starters released in special Dream World events in Japan where confirmed to be a legit female?
