  1. The only information that I use from the forum is by Drayano http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?13804-Pok%E9mon-B-W-Wild-Pokemon-Editing&p=116565&viewfull=1#post116565. I use that as a beginning point, and expand myself from there. I can edit them myself, but a user-friendly, easy-to-understand GUI is always better than editing using Hex editor. Anyway, any help will be really appreciated. Don't worry, I'll give credit to whoever helped me when the program actually made it to the 'release-able' state.
  2. I'm currently working on a wild pokemon editor. Everything goes kinda smooth until the moment when I found these problem: 1) Moor of Icirrus, Icirrus City, and Route 8 had the same set of encounters, so it will be hard to determine which offset is for which until I reach there. 2) Way too many possible offsets for Relic Castle (16 possible offset for either relic castle B6F or Maze, and 9 possible offset for Relic Castle B2F to B5F) Just for information: -I use the NARC for the offset. -The editor I'm working at for now is just for editing the wild pokemon encounters in the grass/cave, dark grass, shaking grass, surfing and fishing. Any help on the 2 problems mentioned above will be very appreciated, and if I can get the offset for the Victory Road it'll be even better (well, I might find them tomorrow).
  3. I want to create an event, where the main character's sprite will change into something else (such as changing the clothes he/she wear). Is there a way to do so?
  4. Can I change the trainer's name (gym leader, elite four, etc) in Platinum using this tool? If yes how? I tried changing it in the "trainer editor" in PPRE, but after I save the name revert back to the original name.
  5. Can I have the list of the overworld sprites? I want to make a legendary pokemon's NPC, but I have no idea what the sprite ID is.
  6. Is there any way to make a HGSS wild-encountered pokemon a fateful encounter? I know I can always make my pokemon into a fateful encountered using pokesav, but I want to make the change into the rom itself.
  7. Can I know which narc file in Heart Gold that contains the item that wild pokemon hold?

  9. I want to include those unavailable legendary pokemon into Heart Gold, but I can't seems to figure out how to do it. Is there any useful tutorial for creating such event? Also, is there any tutorial/guide for creating the script for NPC giving item?

I read from somewhere that the HGSS is very sensitive to the wild encounter especially around the location where there's an event (like in Route 30, the Mr.Apricorn), and I had experienced freezing due to the modification of wild encounter. Is there any alternative way to edit the wild encounter in HGSS? Can I edit the narc file using other program? Is there any chance that the freezing due to modification of wild encounter is caused by resizing of the ROM file by PPRE?
  12. I patched my heart gold and able to play it without freezing issue (at least for some time). Then, I load the patched rom with PPRE, and straight away write rom without changing anything, and it didn't cause any issue (although the rom size is reduced). Then, when I try to do something like changing the pokemon that appear at certain location (like make vulpix to appear instead of growlithe), after I write the rom and try it, it cause freezing issue (on the spot when apricot guy come out from his house to stop me). Is editing wild pokemon encounter causing the game to freeze?
  13. I had edited many stuff in my Pokemon Gold, only to end up the rom created cause freezing. So I'm thinking of wanna create a patch and apply it on another rom. So, how to create a patch?
