  1. Again, you're assuming that marriage is a right guaranteed by the constitution or some other such document. Only churches have the right to agree or refuse to marry a couple.

It may not be guaranteed in the constitution but I think eventually it will be, I mean African Americans weren't allowed to get married until after the Civil War, Interracial marriages weren't allowed till 1967 I think. So I believe it's not a matter of 'if they should be allowed' more than 'When they will be allowed'

It wasn't around before God... who... kind of... founded the church.
Last I checked it was Jesus who founded the church. Also the concept of marriage has been around long before the church was founded. For example Egyptians got 'married' through something called a Social Bond(Legal contract) in which religion had a small role. And I'm pretty sure that back then homosexual Social Bonds were perfectly normal (at least for the Noble class) I'd have to look up it some more, but I'm pretty sure Greek society had a similar 'marriage' as well.
Relating to my first point, then how do you expect to guarantee homosexuals the right to marry, if you're not going to force churches to marry them?
No church would be forced to marry them. There are already churches that would do it without having to be forced(some with homosexual pastors too) so how would they be guaranteed the right to marry? Well just as long as all the states acknowledge it I think that would guarantee it just fine.
  2. Each DS has a Nintendo WFC ID, at least I think that's what its called. Just get to the Nintendo Wi-fi setup screen in any WiFi capable game and select Options > System Information which shows your DS's MAC Adress(assuming this is used as a GUID of sorts?) and if you've ever gone into Wifi you'll see the Wifi ID assigned to your DS.

If you have no clue how to get to the wifi setup screen, in the Main menu (where you choose to continue or start a new game) scroll down to the last option which should be "Nintendo WFC Settings"

  3. According to the anime Ho-oh is pissed at the humans because "Humans tried to steal Ho-oh's power along with all other pokemon which led to the fire in the Tin tower. Three pokemon were caught in the flames unable to escape in time. Watching in sadness and disgrace Ho-oh drew upon the powers of nature and its own ancient power and it created new lives for them. The reincarnation of the northern winds Suicune, the reincarnation of a volcano Entei and the reincarnation of thunder Raikou. He sent these three pokemon to observe humans and wait for the day when pokemon and humans's hearts beat as one. Only then will Ho-oh come back." -Eusine

Oh and the only things that survived that fire were the bells that team rocket stole which are supposed to only ring when Ho-oh returns.:kikkoman:

    Edit:

When watching the episode the part where they're being reborn as the three legendary beasts(dogs/cat don't care) they seem to be small pokemon. (http://liquiddeath.com/Legend.mp4)

  4. I actually like both, thank god for flashcarts. Anyways when I'm on the go I enjoy the handheld when I use the emulator to continue/start a new game. But I use a gamepad as a controller so it doesn't feel awkward (keyboards ftl)

  5. Someone will probably move this to the right forum.

But as for your question, when you load your save into pokesav you know how your party shows up on right and next to each party member there is three buttons Save / Load / Edit I think they are, you click Save and a dialog will appear asking you where to save the .PKM file. Give it a name and save it wherever you want, after that find that .pkm file click and drag it into Legal.exe and then check the results in the cmd window that opens up. That's as simple as I can put it hopefully it was useful to you.

  6. Yeah the fight is just my speculation but I figured that'd make sense as to 'why' Ho-oh would go out of its way to revive those pokemon. And by your logic if a human did start it would spark a battle between the two. Why would Ho-oh even be there? isn't his perch the Tin tower lol

As for the events that they represent are the following:The lightning that struck the tower, the fire that burned in the tower, and the rain that put it out.

    Edit:

anyways I'm guessing that Ho-oh just gave them their current shape based on pokemon he already knew. If the pokemon world has legends about how these pokemon appear I doubt the ones revived from the tower are the only ones of 'their' species.

  7. Does it really matter? We really won't know until we have more to go on. For all we know they were three unlucky Rattatas that were in the tower when it burned down. So it's really useless to try and guess what they were prior to being brought back to life, it's like trying to figure out which came first the egg or the chicken imo.

As for the whole Pokemon replacing animals... last I checked they didn't. I recall them eating fish/poultry/etc If anything Pokemon replaced bugs I think.. I can't remember anyone being bitten by a mosquito haha
