Note that the Therian forms won't migrate to pk6/7 properly until the next PKHeX release

Click the Relearn Moves box to create new suggestions. Knock Off should not be a Relearn Move.
PKHeX displays the date based on the user's locale, I believe. Simmsy's computer displays it this way. PKHeX wouldn't allow you to have an invalid entry like that in the date field
Will note that Bulbapedia lists it as Level 5: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_Japanese_event_Pokémon_distributions_in_Generation_I#Game_Freak_Mew
And Serebii's news page also shows it as Level 5: http://www.serebii.net/news/2016/05-February-2016.shtml
Pre-VC-Bank Compatibility PKHeX behavior was if you viewed and set the migrated Pokemon before saving it, it would be stuck in this state even if opened in a newer version of PKHeX.
Went ahead and converted the pk1s from the original post.
I have a whole bunch of Banked stuff here: https://github.com/ReignOfComputer/RoCs-PC/tree/master/27 - Gen VII - Gen VI Poke Bank/02 - Gen I - RBY Collection {pk1}
001 - Bulbasaur - 7188CB10BB91.pk7
004 - Charmander - E1571EC5E619.pk7
007 - Squirtle - BF4CAF2B5C72.pk7
151 - Mew - 538A9B74DDFF.pk7
No problem
For the record, no AV flags this as a virus: https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/939746d6a900d9d6fc302a16039985d9b559e718d4b601acf7d6b3c3b9908d0d/analysis/1485605348/
PKHeX now remembers the last directory where it opened a save. If you previously opened a save from an external media and later removed it, PKHeX would still try to open from that directory and show that error. Just hit [Cancel] a few times and you're good to go.
Merged @kuronix's bug report into this thread.
I'm able to reproduce the Geolocation Memory issue with the .pk1 file. @Kaphotics please.
The .pk7 files in this thread were saved incorrectly with a version of PKHeX that did not support VC Pokemon and will need to be saved again by @Scottus.
