    I still can't seem to get it. If it makes any difference, PKHex seems to think it's legal, but when inject it using PKSM, it has a big red X on it. I dragged my file in, maybe you can check and see whats wrong with it? test.pk7

    Hi, I need help creating a legal darkrai that is from New Moon Island. I seem to be doing everything fine but It still says that it's illegal. The only thing that I could see being the problem is me being the OT but If you catch it on New Moon Island then shouldn't you be the OT anyways?
