@Alphadaemon Hi! Thanks keeping up with the thread. I downloaded the hack for the first time today, and patched it with Delta Patcher for Desmume. I played until after Waterfall Cave, and then in one of the "downtime" days between plot points in which the story doesn't progress and you just do missions, I keep getting a complete uninteractable black screen once I return to base after an expedition. I haven't isolated the variable that's causing this yet, but it happens no matter which area I go, whether I do / don't do missions, and whether I complete the expedition or fail. It seems like it's not possible to escape using conventional means.
I'm not sure if this is a client side issue or a bug, but I would appreciate if you could help me be able to play the game, as I have been really enjoying it! I attached some save states for your convenience if you would like to investigate (hopefully they work, as it's my first time saving save states in general). Thanks for your time.
