    i did find some with 2 stars power. I said that because imo 2 star power moves are too limited imo, would be nice if Technician effect extends to at least 3 stars power moves, just my 2 cents.

    I see the description of Technician is boosting the power of 2 stars or lower power moves. Is this the correct effect or typo in the description? Because moves with 2 stars in power is nonexistent afaik in the non-hack ROM, and this hack seems like it doesn't change in term of move power either.
