    Does Scizor's quest have anything to do with recruiting the Primal Legendaries? Aka Primal Dialga, Primal Palkia, and Antagonist Darkrai? I do know where to get their exclusive items, and recruit their shiny forms in Destiny Tower, but I haven't seen or heard anything of getting the non shiny forms of them.

    I thought it was just me!! I had this exact same problem in my playthrough despite unlocking the resort as well. And I had at least 7 legendaries, but despite that he was saying the "saving the world twice" quote.

    Was Shaymin moved from Sky Peak Summit after doing it's story chapter? I went back to Summit after the chapter to recruit it but Shaymin is not there anymore.
