  1. Hello everybody! I'm sorry that I haven't updated for so long. However, I'll release the newest patch very soon!!! Stay tuned. Also, make use of this tip: After defeating Clay and obtaining HM Surf, EXPLORE CAVES, ROUTE 17, ROUTE 18 AND OTHER POOLS / WATER SURFACES TO TRAIN YOUR POKéMON! You'll be able to train your entire team about 3-4 levels that way.
  2. Why are your Pokémon hack threads stickied, if I may ask? Are they more important than others? I don't really mind yet it doesn't seem right.
  3. That's nice, but please remember that this version cannot be played after Hearthome City because it has several bugs that I couldn't edit due to scripting issues.. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but hey, that's why I started Pokémon Black & White Deluxe and I'm sure they're just as fun!
  4. Most of the Pokémon that evolve by holding an item only evolve during day - I guess it's evening where you live, so try again tomorrow!
  5. I think you are currently at Chargestone Cave, is that right? Now that you have obtained HM Surf, did you already go to Route 17 and 18? They can be found by Surfing at Route 1. There are also many other Trainers to beat at Route 3, Wellspring Cave and Mistralton Cave - just search around Unova for water surfaces!
  6. Sure! I think it would be great if you'd search for a Scraggy to keep it ''fair'' (because it will be available in newer betas) so I can keep your progress as a measure, but of course it's your own choice. =) Nice to hear! I'll really try to release a newer beta soon.
  7. Actually, if I recall correctly.. You can not find Scraggy on Route 4 in this game. However, it can be found at the Desert Resort. I will add Scraggy to Route 4 in the next beta, though. In the next beta, some areas will be updated because I think more people would like to catch Scraggy, Phanpy etc. early instead of Burmy. Sorry for the inconvenience. However, you can still think about catching: - Gligar, who learns Acrobatics at level 27 - Trapinch or Drilbur, who are both resistant to Power Gem
  8. I have a question to all of you, lol. A creates amazing YouTube videos with each of the Gym Leaders of Pokémon White Deluxe. However, it seems that he didn't update his Pokémon White Deluxe version to 0.6 because he battles Winona with her old team and several other bugs (her name is still Skyla - it was like that even in version 0.5, which might be weird to know, lol). Does any of you have a YouTube account? You should to download the newest beta version 0.6 and to reupload the REAL battle, lol! It's too easy with her old back-up team! Also, I have another request: somebody commented that Winona has bad English (which actually isn't true because in beta 0.6, Winona's text closely resembles her R/S/E text, lol). However, if you find text that has been changed, and you notice a spelling or grammatical error in it, please tell me because my mother language is NOT English! I think you can still use the (original) Pokémon White cheats in Pokémon White Deluxe. But only if you really want to use cheats... Because the purpose of a beta is to play the game without cheats to see if everything can be finished, done and beaten with the available resources. No problem! Would you like to let me know what you think of the game? I would really appreciate it. Thanks a lot for the compliments, Robbie. Well, it's better to delay your Twist Mountain adventure because there's nothing to do in the beta afterwards. 0.7 will of course have the next gym included. It will still be an Ice-type Gym. In the beta, you can also play through Route 8 and Moor of Icirrus, and find some cool trainers and items there. Also, the Pokémon you can find in the puddles change drastically each season. In spring, enjoy the view of tiny and young tadpoles swimming around, while in summer, swans and frogs can be found on the water surfaces. During autumn, the swans have fluttered off to warmer areas and the amount of frogs is slowly diminishing, too. However, when wintertime starts, you can start looking for ice Pokémon in the water and also search for a cool water-Pokémon that's more easily found during winter! After you have beaten the 7th Gym, you can visit Dragonspiral Tower and meet up with some cool new Dragon-type Pokémon. After that, you return to the (basement of) Relic Castle and have some chit-chat with several Gym Leaders in Nacrene City, including our good old friend Brock! I have no time to work on it the coming two weeks, I'm afraid.. A new beta will probably be released at the end of November, or maybe later.
  9. What do you mean exactly? If you're talking about an official code each official game has; this game doesn't have one, as it is an (unofficial) hack.
  10. I guess.. not. I only added TM Quash to the mountain, I hope you can find it!
  11. Hehe, no problem, I completely understand! Anyway, it's Twist Mountain for now I guess? After that, you'll have to wait for a newer beta I'm afraid, so take it slow..
  12. That's great, let me hear what you think of the game after a while. =) Thanks a lot for this, it's so much fun to read. Well, I wouldn't call it ''Smogon'', I rather call it a more competitive-way of battling.. Nor did I steal those sets from Smogon, it's more like.. ''common sense'' to give a Swellow Guts and Flame Orb if you want to make it difficult. =D About the Gyms, do you think any of them was TOO hard, or were they difficult in a fun way?
  13. If you have a white screen, you might try to edit the saving type for once. It might help. I'm not sure how to exactly change the save type of your game, but in the R4 menu, you have to select a certain button (something like SELECT or Y) and then press the left / right buttons to select another save type. After testing every save type, if it still doesn't work, try making use of Wood R4. I have included a complete user's guide. It works for me. Haha, that's too bad, but cool to read nonetheless! So far, by chance, could you create a ranking with hardest Gym leader first place, easiest Gym leader last place (ranking from 1 to 6, since you're currently at the 6th Gym)? Did you eventually manage to defeat her? Yeah, then you'll have to wait until you have defeated Burgh.. Hehe. Have you already beaten him by now?
  14. Good point. However, even though Burgh is very hard (I thought so too, but I had no Pignite or Combusken), I think you should be able to defeat him eventually (try training a Fire type if you don't already have one). About the TMs, well yeah, I could do that but I don't think I will. On the other hand though, I could delevel some Trainers when I do a final playthrough (or lose some of their items, for example the Power Gems). In the ROM Research & Development section, you can find an amazing amount of incredible tools, for example the Wild Pokémon Editor. So yes, I use a tool, and it lets you edit the Pokémon's levels.
  15. Be sure that the original Pokémon White rom that you're patching is UNPATCHED (which means it should not have any patches, not even the anti piracy patch or anything; just the original, unedited White rom). Thank you for answering the questions! It really helped! About both of you and RobbieNewton's E4 suggestions.. @Robbie, it would be cool if I could add a Poison-type E4 but it doesn't really fit one of the room surroundings. @TheKrosver97, it would be even cooler to add thát, but it's impossible as of yet. All the additional E4 members need their own rooms and they all need a lot of scripts etc.. In other words; it's currently impossible. However, I've got some great new ideas worked out - but thanks anyway for the suggestions!
  16. Thank you! Concluding from this, I guess the Dragon Scale cannot be found on Route 17 - Route 18 anymore. I'm happy that both DeepSea Items can be found there, though. Could you maybe tell me whether you found Cleanse Tag, Spell Tag and TM Ally Switch at the Celestial Tower? Thanks a lot. Hehe, yeah, the E4 will be surprising, I guess!
  17. Hmm.. That's weird. RobbieNewton had the same problem. I'll have to look further into it myself.. But I can only do that when I play this game for a second time, so this will probably be fixed during a final revise - which means it will be fixed as late as the final release. Can't wait! Update; thanks a lot for answering the questions below, it really really helps, thank you!!
  18. That's nice ! Can't wait to hear your feedback again. So far, do you like the way the Pokémon have been spread throughout the region? Do you want some Pokémon to appear earlier (or later)?
  19. Yes! In fact, this deluxe version itself suggests (by words, for example Clay advises you to do so) to visit Route 17, 18 etc. first before entering Chargestone Cave, because you can train a lot there! Hehe, I find it kind of astonishing how you managed to get through the Cargestone Cave in the first place.
  20. Hah, I love it to hear such feedback, it's very cool! About your answers, thanks a lot! Black Sludge is what it should be, so thanks! Btw, RobbieNewton, I've updated the question about Route 18 with more information. Would you like to search for that, too? This is the new question: - Can TM Psych Up and TM Trick Room be found on Route 18? If so, where can TM Trick Room be found? - Can both DeepSeaTooth and DeepSeaScale be found around Route 17? What about a Dragon Scale--in this game, it should NOT be there. - What can be found inside P2 Laboratory just after Route 18? Thank you! Yeah, I sometimes notice the lagging, too--it's when a wild Pokémon appears, right? I can't do anything about that, I'm afraid.. But I didn't find it that much of a problem. About the music, I'll try to edit some music when the game is about finished, however, the song you mention cannot be added because it does not consist as a .sseq or .midi file and, more important, it's a anime-based music file and I would like to keep things game-wise. I hope you understand.
  21. Missed items.. Probably TM Pluck and TM Incinerate, but they can still be obtained at the Battle Subway (originally, that's the only place to obtain them, so it's actually not a big deal). I'm definitely looking forward to your updates! Thank you!
  22. Thank you very much, again, Robbie! May I ask you, how did your Clefable learn Ice Beam? Or is that a misunderstanding? I'll correct the man's text and I'll have him give away TM Dream Eater instead of the Rare Candy. I'm looking forward to your further experiences!
  23. Thank you very much, Robbie! Ah, so the man at Anvil Town doesn't give out TM Dream Eater.. Alright, gotta check that, then. About the spelling, grammar etc., my mother language isn't English so if you want, it would be great if you could point out some errors, etc.! (Btw, is it: the man at Anvil Town, or the man in Anvil Town? Hehe, I'm getting totally confused when I accurately pay attention to it).
  24. Cool, thank you very much!
  25. I couldn't get the Zoroark event working automatically, however I worked around it! If you're really interested in Zorua / Zoroark, just check for NPCs that want to trade with you, hehe. =) Alright, I'm really looking forward to your experiences and feedback!
