yeah, that's why I striked out my text and added the clarification it was a tutor move. (I checked bulbapedia about 20 mins ago and made my edit) I was just thrown off that my program indicated it as red (meaning exclusive move). I need to double check that my program is using the USUM personal info file.2 points

even before translating it , i can already tell that they're gonna be based on the 2018Legends event and iirc heat wave has been a tutor move for tornarus since gen 51 point

There are many Hadou Regis available, but all of them are either available in gen 4 or higher. The problem is that there's almost no more Hadou Regis that haven't been transferred from gen 3, and aren't recreations.1 point
