@ZeArk, In the Error Log I see the line
In my experience, you would usually get that when the Plugin is compiled with a different version from the PKHeX you are using. So it might be useful to make sure that PKHeX and the plugin state the same PKHeX version.
at the DLL (not in PKHeX, but rather viewing the file in your file explorer), right click on it > properties.
You may see an unblock there.
Example:
Every DLL you use with PKHeX has to be unblocked.
