3DS Update 11.3.0-36

That's pretty funny, I literally checked yesterday to see if they had come up with a new firmware update yet, and today this haha.

It also breaks the rxTools CFW (finally).

Can I update if I am using Cybergadget SaveEditor?

I recommend that you follow http://3ds.guide/ before updating, so you will have more options in the future.  You never know when you want to try out the latest homebrew or ROM hacks.

I don't know for certain, but I imagine it wouldn't affect much. CyberGadget only deals with the cartridge itself, not the system, so you should be fine. 

I accidently update my Gateway to 11.3 I'm so sad now I'll have to wait the Launcher.dat update to use it again

Evan, I got OOT Hax on my system, and it's been working fine (I have not updated to 11.3.0-36).
I want to make things clear, if I update, Am I going to need/wait the new payloads?

You will. But I STRONGLY recommend going to Arm9LoaderHax while you're still able.
