PKHeX is a save editor for core-series Pokémon games. With it, users can manipulate various save files including: .sav, .dsv, .dat, .gci, .raw, and .bin types. PKHeX can also read and write: .pk files, which are individual Pokémon files, and .pgt, .pcd, .pgf, .wc, which are Mystery Gift files.

Version 24.03.26 of PKHeX has been released, bringing fixes and improvements since the latest release. See the changelog for further details.

PKHeX requires the .NET Desktop Runtime 8.0.0 to run. If you receive an error when trying to run, ensure you have it installed.

Take note that other related applications will still need time to update, and updated versions of Plugins or SysBot may not be immediately available.

What do you do if PKHexprovides an error like below?

Invalid: Clone detected (Details).

I believe this is due to Pokemon Pelago essentially creating ghost duplicates of pokemon in the boxes.

Hi, I would like to know, in ORAS, if I use PKHex to get the shiny charm, will it work from the start or do I have to wait to get it from the NPC ?

I am using Pokemon Ultra Sun and am adding ribbons to Pokemon that were transferred from Gen. 3. When I try to add contest ribbons from ORAS it pops up as invalid. If anyone has any recommendations I'd appreciate it.

I understand the Contest Memory but I am talking about the Master ribbons in this scenario.
