Hi, I would like to know, in ORAS, if I use PKHex to get the shiny charm, will it work from the start or do I have to wait to get it from the NPC ?

Found it ! I was because I modded a patched ROM, with the latest version of the game. So, I uninstalled all patchs on my 3DS, and voilà ! I really hope it could be helpful for some other users.

So, for example, if I edit the starters and shiny odds in a ORAS latest version ROM and convert it into a cia file and installed it on 3DS, my changes won't appear ?

Hi everyone. I have a very specific issue. I'm trying to change the shiny odds on ROSA for my 3DS. I randomized everything I want, I also set a shiny odd at 1:10. I have rebuilt the ROM, launched on Citra, and it's okay. Shiny odds are fine and starters changed. I put the 3DS file on my 3DS, converted it with the script to a CIA file, installed it and now, in the game, no shinies...it's like the shiny odds is back to normal.... Starters are back to normal too. How ? And why ?!
