Are there some other flags that need to be edited for Dex completion? It doesn't seem like just marking them all as caught and seen is actually translating over.

I’m assuming you don’t know: those mons aren’t in Teal Mask; they’re in the Indigo Disk.

What do you mean by initialized? You mean if I create a Pokemon in PkHeX, it won't transfer to HOME at all, or is there something else to it?
