There is a site called Gen 3 Ace Builder https://mankeymite.github.io/Gen3ACEPokemonBuilder/ When I check my Legal Shiny JPN Larvitar that came on XD checked by PKHeX0246 ★ - ヨーギラス - 84E9380E7C77.pk3 but while I check it on this website above shown on the photo provided is "not obtainable" even I changed the SID corresponding to PID I get even I used two PokeFinder 4.2.1 and 4.5.4 can someone explained me about this why PKHeX is legal VS. Gen 3 Ace Builder

I look again I created brand new Japanese Savefile on Japanese Emerald but when I created I try fresh Pokemon on Encounter Database but it always turn to GF show on the screenshot provided I load again old save file and recaptured Deoxys again even will become Illegal since no Japanese Deoxys Emerald so I change it manual the Met to FRLG (Birth Island FRLG) after I look the OT before I change it to Shiny is the same was before this is brand new save file that really came in Japanese Emerald it was different on the bytes that you fix on the last photo you send last edit you may look this old Japanese EmeraldPocket Monsters - Emerald (Japan).sav and also last photo indicated brand new Japanese savefile for E and LG

huh I didn't that is a fresh Japanese save file from Japanese Game

Just ignore the illegal flag. Invalid Move 2: Invalid Move. Invalid Move 3: Invalid Move. Invalid: PID+ correlation does not match what was expected for the Encounter's type. Invalid: Pokémon HOME Transfer Tracker is missing. (don't mind this part) But when you going to move this Pokemon in Gen 9 SV why Charm moveset turn to illegal move vs on the first photo shown.

Update shiny Trapinch 0328 ★ - TRAPINCH - DA24DC7DD5D7.pk3 still illegal flag but is already appear the (PID type: Poke Spot) Another update look like I found the way to fixed it look the SID that came from PokeFinder 4.2.1 under IV's to PID (20903/22536) illegal vs (20903/22539) legal. On the last build "PKHeX (25.02.23)a" I don't see any error of those Pokemon that they are PokeSpot on Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness. After the latest build all pokemon still okay except this 9 special PokeSpot they are getting error. "Invalid: PID+ correlation does not match what was expected for the Encounter's type." among this 9 Pokemon they have this "Invalid: Trainer ID is not obtainable from any RNG seed." except Trapinch family you will see on .pk3 file below My usually TID use is 1339 or 20903 Is there any another tools to fixed this? First is very hard to determine the PID if they corresponding to your TID/SID Natured and etc. Even I used both RNG Reporter 10.3.4 and PokeFinder 4.2.1 and 4.1.2.
