I can’t modify my pokemon

I am on gen 5 using Pokemon Black on desmume. Even when I use PKHaX, i can open the file, modify my pokemon. It works properly : when I save it by overwriting the file it is said to be successfully saved. 
 

BUT when I open it to check if it worked, my pokemon was not modified though it can be moved for example if I choose to move it in my party or box, that works… 

 

Any help ?

Stop reloading your game from save states. 

Import your save file back to your emulator, and soft reset the game.

It is not the problem. I can not modify à pokemon on PKHeX. I mean when I reload the save ON PKHEX it shows me the pokemon hasn’t been modified…

First you should update your PKHeX, yours is from over a year ago, latest is 20230406.

 

After you modify some properties on the left, you need to set the Pokemon back into the slots on the right.
