I just confuse only what is the difference on this Mew in Gen 3 that has OT: ポケパーク vs OT: ゲ vs. OT: アイコ?

cause the one I only know it this "OT: ポケパーク" just ignore only the error on the third photo

You are viewing these in different generations. The last screenshot shows a Scarlet/Violet save, Mew has not been released in Scarlet/Violet.

All three are Faraway Island Mew from Japanese Emerald. There's no "difference" between them other than the trainer name, they're not from different events. The name depends on the person who caught them.
