How Can I Get This To Pass Legality Checker?

Using Ultra Moon. Using the Deoxys from LeafGreen. Basically, I just want each form to be shiny with 6IV's (or whatever highest possible IV in each stat can legally be). I chose the LG Deoxys, clicked re-roll on the PID thing a bunch of times, but I still get PID mismatch.

You need to use an external tool like Pokefinder to get a PID that matches the IVs, the reroll button won't do that.

Yeah you can't just reroll, it follows a process.

Also the TID/SID provided doesn't seem to produce any Shiny with Max IVs, so it's only one thing or the other.

You could always just use the encounter data base on there and change everything. You can toy with the thing a little bit and try to pull him from different games to see if it would work.
