is there any way of unlocking the azureflute with pkhex? i want to chatch arceus myself and not just paste it into my game. i dit complete everyting else in SP.

Try turning flags 1508 and 0005 on, then inject the item into your bag, see if that works.

where can i turn those flags on. i cant seem to find them. thanks for help!

Little update on this issue; the changes are instead
Event constants:
188: changed to 1
246: changed to 6

Then add the item to your bag and you can go get Arceus.

To change them:

Then Save.

So for example, to change Event Constant 188:

Remember to hit save at the end.
