The Mirage Island Tool and GP1 Editor Plugins don't work in PKHeX latest version!!

I don't handle that plugin. Contact the dev for it on their github issues page.
However, do keep in mind that it has likely been abandoned. Kaphotics previously tried to offer a fix for a previous update, and they didn't merge those changes into their plugin.

Hi, I'm using the latest version of the SWSH Overworld/Max Raid IVs/BDSP Roaming8b Searcher, and every time I try to use it, no matter what I do, It makes the Pokemon Illegal.

I entered all the info for the pokemon stats and PID's and Encryption Constants, and the Height and Weight, but it always says in PKheX that it's illegal.

Specifically, it says this:

Invalid: Encounter Type PID Mismatch.

So far, I only tested this with Overworld8 in SwSh, I don't know if this is happening in the other types of encounters yet.

EDIT: Nevermind, I figured out why it wasn't working.

Hey theSLAYER, any plan to update your Overworld/Max Raid IVs/BDSP Roaming8b Searcher PKHEX plugin for Scarlet/Violet???

There are new calculations for the seed number like pkm Scale I think you can notice the changes here in the pkhex github

I would appreciate it a lot if you could update it!

Hello theSLAYER, 

I am having an issue with using the rse berry plot editor. it looks like it is installed correctly but the plugin is greyed out. I looked at older posts on this thread and it said to update to latest version of pkhex. I am on the pkhex version 20221218 and version 1.0.3 of the rse berry plot editor. Thanks in advance.

Just a reminder, make sure you’re on the latest version of the plugin and PKHeX. In the mean time I’ll take a look at the code when I get home :3

Hey, I'm having trouble getting the PKHeX Plugin for OVerworld8 IV Searcher to work for me. I've unblocked the plugin but when I go to Tools in Pkhex to use it it's greyed out. Please advise.

I am on the latest PkHex and using the latest version of the plugin.

Thanks btw does the "Gen 8 OW Shiny PID Genner 1.0.15" program work for Scarlet and Violet too? Are the IV-PID-EC-Height-Weight mechanics the same or different? I was hoping to use the IV search method to generate a PID for better IV's and nature for my Starter Fuecoco

Most of encounters in SV have a cryptorng call for every field/stats, so literally every combination of values would be possibile.

The only exception that comes to my mind are the Pokemon caught in Tera Raids.

Hey, unfortunately it's still greyed out. I downloaded the 1.0.1.1 you just uploaded but still doesn't work for me.

Btw this overworld8/max raid PID-IV generation is for regular Pokemon right, not legendaries or starter Pokemon which are static encounters? Becaue PKheX doesn't seem to have any issue with me just using the reroll button for the PID and EC when it comes to legendary Pokemon or my Starter since it still labels them as legal even though I edit the IV's. Or is there a seperate algorithm for generating PID-IV combo's for legendary Pokemon that PkHeX just doesn't recognize?

Try on the dev build then. It worked for me on both dev build and stable build, tho. You could try with a fresh reinstall of everything.

Its for wild/overworld/raids.

Eggs are sufficiently random

It's finally working! I just deleted the file and downloaded it again and for some reason that did the trick! Thanks man!

Also, are in game legendary and starter pokemon sufficiently random too like eggs? Do I need to use one of these methods for them?

Case by case. Just hover on the unedited Mon in PKHeX and it should tell you what kind of PID correlation it has.

The PID type for Legendaries and Starter Pokemon that I see is always "None." This has been the case for every Legendary I've caught in SWSH. I find it strange because there obviously is a PID I can see. I seem to be able to edit their PID, IV and EC as I please without it being flagged as illegal by PKhex.

Max Lair and Den Pokemon are like this too.
