How do I make my Pokémon Emerald game think that I have the events for the Latis, Mew, Lugia, Ho-oh and Deoxys?

I know many of those get tickets, but I remember trying to give my trainer a ticket through PKHeX and it failed. I know that, if you go to Nintendo events, you get a guy to show up somewhere (dunno where) and give you the tickets, I'd like to make the save think I actually have this in my game, so I can get the tickets for the legendaries normally.

If you want all event tickets you can use the tool suggested by @Delta Blast Burn. With it you can inject original Wonder Card in your save file, but remember that you can add WC one by one and before you have to enable Mystery Gift (filling in the questionnaire found at any Poké Mart by entering the phrase LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL). Mystery Gifts can be received at any Pokémon Center, from an NPC on the second floor next to Teala. Remember also that ORIGINAL Wonder Cards are available only for Aurora Ticket (Deoxys) and Mystic Ticket (Lugia and Ho-oh) . Old See Map (Mew) was distributed only in Japan and Eon Ticket is available only connecting Emerald with Ruby or Sapphire. But you can use "unofficial" WC (included in this tool) to have those events.

 

Otherwise, if you want, you can use directly PKHeX and I think this is the easiest way. First of all, I suggest to enable Mystery Gift in game, then import save file (128KB SAV format) on PKHeX.

Go to SAV  >Misc Edits > Ferry > Get Tickets

Say "Yes" to have also unreleased Old See Map

Say "Yes" to have all tickets

Now flag every island to make them reachable (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)

Then click "Save" and export your save file.

 

Now, in game, you have to go to Lilycove City Harbor and talk with the girl. If you have added all tickets together, the first island you can go to is Faraway Island (Mew), then you can go wherever you want.

Note to anyone that may be struggling: it is VITAL that you visit the LILYCOVE harbor. Visiting the Slateport Harbor will not trigger the event.

I know this is an old post but I created an account to thank you because I searched for more than an hour all over the internet for the exact answer you gave here so you basically saved me from going insane. I also wanted to ask you if one can use PKHeX to get the four tickets on the Italian version of Pokémon Emerald and if they would work. I don't care about the legality of the Pokémon since I've already obtained them legally through other means. Thank you in advance and thank you again for your previous answer.

Funziona tutto anche sulla versione italiana, è passato un po' di tempo e l'interfaccia PKHeX è un pochino diversa dagli screenshot che avevo fatto, ma il processo è comunque lo stesso.

Tutti i Pokémon catturati in questo modo sono legit a eccezione di Mew.

I biglietti per Latias/Latios e Deoxys sono stati direttamente rilasciati anche in Italia (il Biglietto Eone nel corso del primo "Pokémon Day" nei negozi nel 2004 e il Biglietto Aurora al Pokémon Day del 2005 a Mirabilandia e al Lucca Comics dello stesso anno). Il Biglietto Magico per Lugia/Ho-oh invece non è mai stato rilasciato in Italia ma, in teoria, l'evento americano sarebbe stato compatibile anche con le cartucce italiane. La Mappa Stinta per Mew, invece, essendo stata rilasciata solo in Giappone non è mai stata riscattabile in modo legittimo sulle cartucce occidentali, quindi ogni Mew dell'Isola Suprema catturato in un cartuccia non giapponese viene visto come illegale, ma si può comunque catturare con questo sistema.

Ah, immaginavo fossi/parlassi italiano, ma non volevo fare domande indiscrete… Comunque l'interfaccia è identica, alla fine ho iniettato quattro dei cinque biglietti che PKHeX aggiunge automaticamente (escludendo quindi il Biglietto nave che immagino otterrò naturalmente proseguendo con la storia) subito dopo aver ottenuto il Dono Segreto nella prima città dove si può ottenere. Che dire… grazie ancora!
